Tim Drake had adopted the identity of Red Robin, red body suit, black cape and hood with yellow underlining. Black face mask. His ally, Sparrow Hawk, was Dana James. She wore a white hawk-style costume.

Together they entered the arena as crowds of beasts and humans cheered. Tim’s heart pounded. He’d already fought Batman’s son, Damien, over the mantle of Robin. Could who ever he and Dana faced today be much worse?

He had met Dana while battling the two-face mob near the docks. She had pretended to be a member, only to turn on them. The young woman wanted revenge for her parent’s death at Two-Face’s hands.

Dana was a curvy woman near twenty. Light brown hair and big brown eyes. She and Tim had struck a friendship during that battle.

On their motorcycles they had raced into the night. Just for the sport of racing. Bright lights exploded before them. Next thing, Tim awoke with Dana on a very comfortable cell.

Now, they were in this arena.

An hour ago, they had watched Batgirl’s battle with Croc. Relief swept through Tim when she won that battle. Apparently, he and Dana were the second fight of three for the day. Who was the third? He wondered.

The beasts approached. First a voice announced them by their code names. Some amused noises came from the crowd. Then, the beast warriors as they entered the arena.

One was a humanoid lion “Lion Mane.” The announcer called. That was the name of a villain from his world, one out of circulation for awhile.

With Lion Mane, a mutated part, it flew around, squawking. “Willie Jack.” It was introduced.

“Pretty birdy wanna cracker?” Willie called as he zoomed around Sparrow Hawk. She clenched, prepping herself, silver staff in hand.

Robin felt surprised they were allowed to keep their weapons. Robin sprung at the lion, swinging his staff. The beast dodged; its own swing of claws also missed.

From Tim’s fingers he’d loosed a boom-a-rang, it circled around. Clonked Lion Mane in the back of his head. The beast roared, apparently unfazed, just angrier.

Wilie Jack had grabbed Dana’s staff in its claws. She grunted as it rose into the air, they spun around. She made an upward move with her feet, striking the bird.

It released her, Dana, soundless, fell. She landed on her feet, or rather silver elven boots and pivoted. Staff firm in hand.

Tim evaded Lion Mane’s claws. The next slash caught his cape. The force spun him around. The lion leapt into the air. The young hero spun from the crushing strike. Moving swiftly rose to deliver a kick to the villain’s midsection.

Roaring, Lin Mane doubled over. Tim delivered a punch to the beast’s face. An angry snarl was on his foe’s face. A balled paw plowed into the hero’s face.

Reeling, nose splattered with blood, Tim fell back. Claws bared; the powerful lion beast jumped the hero. “Cats eat bird. And I’m hungry for a Robin sandwich.”

They rumbled int the ground. His body filled with exhaustion as Tim realized the feline foe was just too strong.

Grabbing a bloodied Tim by the neck, Lion Mane raised him into the ar. The young hero felt thoroughly beaten. He feared what would happen next.

Meanwhile Sparrow Hawk slashed her staff at the attacking bird. Then, his claws latched onto the weapon, he jerked her up and spun around in whirlwind circles.

The crazed bird laughed. Dana shrieked, let loose and fell. She spotted Tim in Lion Mane’s clutches. Before the heroine could spring to help, Willie Jack began battering her with the staff.

Dana grasped it, and flung both the parrot and staff at Lion Mane. The growling beast dropped Tim. He slouched up and ran.

The squawking bird rose into the air. He began laughing. Lion Mane thundered at Dana. Prepping herself, he jumped. Her feet struck him in the face. Grunting, the lion fell back onto his rear.

Tim threw a bolo, the cord wrapped around Willie Jack, pinning his wings. Squawking, the bird fell to the arena floor. The hero called Red Robin smiled. His chest heaved his costume bloody, red trickled from his nose and mouth.

Off hand, he’d have been more comfortable fighting Joker. He needed to help Dana take down the lion. So far, she had evaded the beasts’ every blow.

Tim sprung a net from his utility belt. It wrapped around Lion Mane and began tightening.

“Tim!” Dana rushed to him. “Are you okay?”

   “Fine.” He growled.

She looked ringside. “He needs medical attention!”

Suddenly, a net enveloped Dana. Squawking, Willie Jack pulled her up into the air. He spun her around, cackling. “Pretty bird. Willie Jack has a pretty bird.” Then laughed more.

Willie Jack tossed Dana from the net into a bird cage. Then laughed, slamming the door shut.

Damn! Thought Dana. Her utility belt was lost. She could not get out. “Tim!”

Lion Mane lifted the young man into the air, roaring.

“No!” Dana felt her heart near stop. “Please, don’t!” She was afraid the villain would kill her friend.

The lion lowered a defeated Tim to the ground. Place a foot on him, raised his arms and roared. The crowd cheered.

Sadness filled Dana. Batgirl had won her fight. Her fists held the bars, she leaned against. Willie Jak landed before her, cackling. Now, what would her fate be? She didn’t think the crazed bird would be able to rape her.

Suddenly, her wrists were bound to the bars. “Pretty birdy have some birdy seed.” Willie Jack called. His talon shoved bird seed into Dana’s mouth. “M-mmm!” She sounded. How was she being made to eat this stuff?

“This match is concluded!” A voice called. “Lion Mane and Willie Jack are winners!” After applause. “The parrot, Willie Jack wishes to claim his prize as servant!” Cheers sounded. “Red Robin will be taken for medical treatment!”

Thank heaven for that. Thought Dana. Reeling back, she eyed Willie Jack. She was to be the pet of a bird?

“There will be a time out before round three. Power Girl vs. the Mighty Minotaur!”

   Roars sounded from the crowd.

Power Girl was also here? Thought Tim as he was carried away. Slumped in his cell, nurses tended to him. Soon, Barbara entered, wearing a new Batgirl outfit, minus ape and cowl. “Tim,” she gasped.

“I-I’m okay Barbara.” He told her. Barely okay. “They put me against Lion Mane, me and Sparrow Hawk.”

She settled beside him, put an arm around Tm. He began telling her about the battle. Funny scents wafted in, aromatic, arousing.

He reached up and kissed her lips. Barbara sighed. She seemed to be succumbing to whatever as well. The nurses left them around, one tigress shot a wink and purred.

Costumes off, Barbara pulled his head to her breasts. He kissed them, enjoyed her softness. What was happening? AS he stroked her flesh, the question evaporated from his mind.

Barbara moaned.  He felt himself come up between her legs and hit its mark. Gasping, her breasts rose and fell. His lips hit the nipples.

The feline was called White Fur, her pelt was white with black stripes. She emitted a slight purr. “Personally, I don’t think he deserves the pleasure.”

The cyber ape grunted. He sipped from a goblet of red wine. “Perhaps not white fur, but the woman certainly does.”

“Yes.” White Fur agreed. “She did quite well against the reptile, Croc.” She paused. “I wonder how this Power Girl will fare?”
