“Ralph!” Sue Dibny screamed her husband’s names. She was so proud of being married to a member of the Justice League of America. A regular woman, wavy dark hair and big brown eyes. Curvy figure.

Ralph Dibny as the Elongated Man. What had happened to him she was uncertain? They had been necking on a rooftop when a blinding spotlight blinded them. Next thing she knew, Sue was falling through a tornado like funnel.

Finally, she popped into what seemed an exotic jungle. Her clothes all gone as if burnt away. Ralph was nowhere to be seen. She called his name, scared.

Mother had warned her being married to a superhero could be dangerous. Sue reminded that regular married couples could also face hazardous situations.

The men rushed from the brush and grabbed Sue. She screamed, unable to get away as she was caught.

The warriors pulled Sue by er arms. They drug her back to their camp She was place on her knees before the plump man she assumed was the chief. The one to his right was more of a painted warrior physique. Younger than the older one.

The Prince, she assumed, grabbed Sue by the hair and drag her into his hut. She moaned as he used her. Where was Ralph/ Was he still alive? Who had attacked them!” Her body writhed under the powerful youth as he throbbed inside her.

Ralph Dibny awoke in a dungeon cell. Lit only by a torch. “Sure?” He called, scared for her. Some villains would have been decent enough to leave her alone since she was a civilian.

He soon found his powers did not work. Where was he? Where was Sue? Which villain old or new did he have to thank for this predicament?

Space craft appeared above strategic cities in the skies above China, Russia, Japan, and other countries.

Soon, many countries lost control of their military bases, nuclear weapons, fighter jets, ships and more. Several countries were forced to surrender. Others sought to rely on their super powered champions.

“Who are these Injustice Lords?” The one cloaked in red, shaded by black cowl and cape questioned.

Batwoman looked at her data. “No one quite knows. “However, the last of earth’s nations has finally surrendered to them.”

“Super villains most likely.” It was Joshua, wearing a weather wizard similar to his father’s. His fists clenched.

Cassius was one of the Clay Face children. She, Robin Wayne, wore the cape and cowl now. That of her father the Batman.

The38 one in red and black was Lian Harper, Arsenal. Then there was Lisa West, heir to the mantle of the Flash, bright red costume with lightning bolt like her father. The helmet of Jay Garrick.

“We’re the last of the Justice Lords.” Jon Kent’s voice was sad. A stocky young man who looked brilliant in his cape less Superman costume.

Batwoman, Flash, Superman, Arsenal, Weather Warrior, Superman. They were it. Maybe they could find other heroes out there.

Dick Grayson, former Nightwing, was Commissioner of Gotham city now.

“Are there any members of the old guard left?” Lisa asked.

   “Unknown.” Robin answered.

“I wonder if Hell Flame is okay.”

   “Who?” Cassius questioned.

“Daughter of the first Heat Wave.” Joshua explained.

“Being held at Bludhaven Penitentiary, for – questioning.” Batwoman said.

   “You mean torture?” Flash asked.

   “Probably.”

“Need get her out of there.” Linda said.

Batwoman’s head bobbed up and down. “Certainly.”

In her cell, Hell Flame awakened. So far, no rape or torture. Would Captain Cold be here to torment her? Like she had done him? She hated that jerk.

Clad in a breast covering cloth, and lower garment around her waist Hell Flame sat up. She wondered what would happen next. She had been captured in her apartment, after exiting the shower. One blast from an unseen figure and here she was.

A popping noise sounded in her hear. She gave the side of her skull a hard smack.

A familiar voice sounded over the mind cell in her brain. “Hell Flame? Checking in.”

She touched her neck. A collar around it nulled her powers. Sometimes she regretted being the daughter of the first Heat Wave, former turned hero turned villain now dead.

The mind cell had been implanted in her before capture. In anticipation of her capture by enemies. Fortunately, she did not have to speak aloud in answering. “Hell Flame, in.”

“How are you?” A female voice queried.

“Here.” Hell Flame answered. “No rape torture or anything interesting yet. No questioning.”

   “Good.” Her contact said.

“Para demons were behind this.” Hell Flame said.

“You saw them?” The astounded voice asked.

“Caught a glance of one in my mirror before he shot me.”

A vague noise sounded over the other end. “I thought Darkseid was dead.” The woman mused.

    Her contact was called Troy.

The cell door slid up. “Parademons.” Hell Flame said. “And the Green Goblin.”

“Leave your mind chip open.” Troy asked.

   “Okay. Hell Flame out.”

“Come.” The Goblin called. She jerked away as he reached for her arm. Then cast an angry glare. “I can get up myself lackey.”

“I am the Green Goblin!!” It sounded as if she had hurt his feelings. Good. “Get up then.”

Hell Flame was already on her feet. “Move.” She snapped.

The guards led her away. Green Goblin followed, still fuming.

“Am I to meet your masters before or after torture?”

One chuckled. “What makes you think there’ll be any torture?”

“Standard operating procedure for your kind.”

   They laughed, except the Goblin.

“Well, well,” She said on entering the room. “Taskmaster. You are to be my inquisitor?” She flashed a defiant smile.”

White skeleton like costume, skull mask, black cape and cowl. “we have some questions for you, Hell Flame.”

“I’m sure.” Comfortably she slid into the chair. The hands with wrist clamps, legs with ankle restraints. “What should I refuse to tell you first.”

The Taskmaster laughed. “You seem rather familiar with me, and the Goblin.” He said. “Though, the Injustice Lords transported us from another world.”

Hell Flame smiled. “As you must be familiar with us.”

“Yes,” he chuckled. “But the Injustice Lords have supplied us with great information about you heroes.” He looked to her. The restraints snapped shut. Something like a lamp shade secured on her head. “Who has supplied you with information about us?”

“I do not have that information.” Hell Flame spat.

He made some adjustments on what looked like a remote control.

“That supposed to be a torture device where you’re from?”

Taskmaster issued a mirthful chuckle. “An invention of my own creation.”

Goblin growled. “I say we forget this interrogation stuff. Just kill her!”

Hell Flame glared at the villain. “You need me alive.”

“That, regrettable, is true.” Taskmaster said. “Though, when we are finished, you shall serve the Injustice Lords!”

“Why me?” She questioned. “You have a whole new Heat Wave, third I believe.” She shook her head. “Always trying to build a better villain.” She laughed.

“After your conversion.” Taskmaster assured. “You will be the ultimate.”

Looking at the gears, gizmos and wires, Hell Flame looked to Taskmaster. “So, what’s it to be? Torture, mind reading, lie detector?”

Taskmaster chuckled. “Bit of all I suppose.” His hands clasped behind his back. “I know you’ve told the truth so far. From your point of view.”

“Oh, I can lie like the best of them.” Hell Flame said. “A talent my father taught me.” She laughed.

“You deceived the heroes into believing you were on their side?”

Was this thing making her blurt stuff out? She had to be careful.

   Could she dare contact -?

Taskmaster seemed to glare through his mask. “Contact who?” He asked. “How? You will tell me!”

“The Avengers!” Hell Flame snapped. “By telephone!”

He laughed. “I doubt that. Are there others here that can travel between – worlds?”

   “You have to ask that?”

Taskmaster looked to his remote device. “Why am I getting Rachmaninoff?”

Hell Flame grinned. “I did not lie to my hero friends, by the way.”

“I guess we must resort to torture.”

   “Goody,” Goblin laughed.

A blast of energy spiraled, then the figure stepped out. She wore grey cloak and cape, her face darkened by shadow. The woman looked to the Goblin and raised a hand.

“Spiders!” He shrieked. “Spiders everywhere!” He cringed against a wall, shielding his eyes.

“I fear nothing!” Taskmaster roared. He thrust his chest out, fists clenched, and arms thrown back.

“No matter,” She called herself Lady Terror. Energy blazed in her eyes. Suddenly, Taskmaster cringed. It was like he fell into a black hole.

Next, Lady Terror touched Hell Flame’s arm. This was one of the woman’s great fears, travelling thought the lady’s portal creations.

   Naturally, Hell Flame screamed.

Within seconds that seemed years, Hell Flame was in a room. “Back.” Lady Fear crisply said to her mind-chip. Doors opened.

In walked the eternally young-looking raven haired, troy – Donna Troy. With her Commissioner Richard Grayson.

Rubbing her stomach, Hell Flame collapsed to the ground. Lady Fear laughed.

“Sorry.” Troy said. “Had to get your away from there.”

“Thanks.” Hell Flame said. Then, with Lady Fear’s help, she stood.

They proceeded to another room. One with more activity. Dark clad men and women with monitors, keeping track of what they could. Lady Fear was the child of Warp and Phobia. Left to be raised by others while they went on with the Brotherhood of Evil.

Still, the Lady did not hate her parents. She respected their decision to leave her with others. Then continue their criminal ways. Still alive and in the service of the Injustice Lords. Maybe she could rescue them.

After all, there was a greater Lord.

In her office, Donna settled into a chair. A faint sigh came from her. Memories swept along in her mind. She and Kori had been aiding in training on Titan Island. In the midst of recalling past glories was when the attack started.

A cabal of the Titans words foes attacked. Included the brotherhood of evil, fearsome four, Trident, and Gordonian warriors.

They swept in. Gizmo took out Cyborg fist. Vic was swept away by Warp, to who knew where. Kori unleashed her star powers at warp and Gizmo. The latter swept away, though the first was taken down. Warning alarms blared as like locust their enemies descended on Titan Island. A young speedster, Troy caught sight of. Webbing pinned Donna Troy spread eagle between two posts. She struggled to free herself. The villain Mammoth approached, a wicked leer of lust on his face. An oversized brute with the strength of a Mammoth, maybe two.

“No!” Donna screamed. The brute ripped off her costume.

Her friends were heavily involved with their own battles. She angrily glared. SO were the new recruits they were here to train.

   Kori battled the Gordonians soldiers.

Squirming, Donna screamed as Mammoth raped her. A collar on her neck nulled her powers. “You’ll pay for this!” No vain threat this time.

One of the enemies called himself Dominus, the half-brother of the missing Raven. “We shall turn the one called Changeling to serve us.”

Gar scoffed at the very idea. Having gotten older, he dropped Beast Boy, and become the changeling. His twins, a boy and girl, now called themselves, Beast Girl and Beast boy. They had been they haven’t the anger in them, as you have.”

Then, Demonus began his evil spells. Writhing, the hero shrieked and twisted. He changed to many varied and various forms. Tried to strike at Demonus with claws and talons. His mind seeing altered images of the past, bringing forth rage and lust.

Gar tried resisting, hands against the temples of his skull, he screamed.

“Father!” His children screamed. Their powers nulled. Pellets shot into each hero by Gizmo, inhibited the powers of most.

Donna gasped. She struggled against her bonds. Mammoth could barely restrain her.

Kori was taken away by the Gordonians. Tears welled in her eyes. The young speedster who called himself Zoom, claimed to be son of the original Reverse Flash. He took away the Kid Flash as his slave girl.

It did not take long for her husband to come by. Slade Wilson, or Death Stroke. He got her away from Titan Island, leaving a gift wrapped bomb for her tormentors.

Now, she and Slade led a group seeking to restore order to the world.
