Xera and Her Companions #6: Within the Tunnels

by Sigma

I

"I'm just going to say it: We're lost," Ava's voice echoed in the dark, off the old stone walls.

"I know where we're going. This is the right path," Xera promised, leading the group.

Gurka clutched a book under her arm, a massive red tome with a golden eye on the cover. "I'm not going to die in this damned crypt over a book," she swore. "Get us out of here."

"That book isn't just a book," Minerva corrected her. "It holds many powerful spells. It can help us fight evil."

The group continued on through the narrow passage for several more moments before the space opened up into a room with two doorways. Xera paused and looked at them, and Minerva raised her staff, which had light glowing from its head so they could see.

"Which one?" the sorceress asked.

Xera put a finger to her chin and thought for several seconds. "Left," she finally said.

"But you're not sure," Ava said, more a fact than anything.

"We go left," Xera said, turning and looking the knight.

"How long have we been wandering these tunnels?" Ava asked, stepping up to Xera. "You led us the wrong way. We didn't come through here on our way in."

Xera simply stood and stared Ava down.

Ava raised a leather satchel on her shoulder. "I was trusted with carrying the healing potions, so in the name of the Goddess of Justice, I'm taking over. We're going right." Without another word, she pushed past Xera and took the doorway on the right.

"We should...at least stay together," Minerva said before following Ava.

Gurka walked up and stood next to Xera. "Say the word. I'll knock her out and we can leave her down here."

Xera simply glared at Gurka, folded her arms, and followed the others.

Gurka shook her head. "Last time I try to be nice..." the orc said and followed.

II

Some time had passed, and the tunnels had only gotten deeper and colder. Gurka looked around in every direction and kept her voice to a whisper. "Are you all hearing things, or is it just me?"

No one said anything. Ava and Minerva were in the front, with Minerva carrying her glowing staff. Xera sulked way in the back of the line.

As they continued on, they passed several darkened side passages and alcoves. The light from Minerva's staff caught something and made Ava pause. The others gathered behind her and saw a large treasure chest, green with gold details. Ava walked over to it, but Xera shoved past her and knelt down to open it.

"Wait! It might be booby trapped," Minerva warned.

"No one has been down here in centuries," Xera reasoned as she lifted the lid of the chest. She leaned over to look inside, and a pair of long, pale arms reached out. Xera fell back on her ass and tried to crawl away, but the hands seized her ankles and pulled her in like a rope, clawing at her stomach and breasts before tugging at her hair and pulling her into the chest completely. It happened fast and caught the others off guard, leaving them no time to react.

A throaty laughed echoed from the chest and it began bounding away, past the stunned heroines and down another tunnel, making heavy thuds against the stone floor.

"...After it, idiots!" Gurka said, the first to shake off the shock. She shoved the other two along.

The pursuit led the three down more tunnels, and in passing they could see skeletons in recesses in the walls, long forgotten dead in their final resting place.

But they were all focused on the chest that took Xera, and none of them saw the skeletons begin to rise in their wake.

Gurka took the lead ahead of the others and raised the book. "Minerva!" she called out before throwing the book back at the sorceress. It hit the ground right in front of Minerva, who stopped to grab it.

Gurka, meanwhile, dove forward and wrapped her powerful arms around the chest. She held on tight and began beating its surface with her fist. Ava ran up and began kicking and stomping the chest, both women demanding Xera be set free.

Minerva picked up the book and stepped forward to help the others when she heard a scraping sound behind her and turned.

Her blood curdling scream echoed through the tunnel just before she screamed a word and a massive fireball erupted, lighting up the tunnel and incinerating the small mob of skeletons that had been chasing them.

Gurka and Ava were startled by the scream, the sudden blast of heat, and the bright light enough that they turned. The chest slipped from Gurka's grasp and fled farther down the hall.

"Shit!" Gurka said, pushing herself up and continuing the chase.

"Gurka, wait!" Ava screamed and followed behind her, medicine bag bouncing against her back.

Minerva watched them run and turned to the pile of ashes behind her. "Oh, hey, Minerva...thanks for making sure the skeletons didn't rip us apart or eat us or whatever," she said in a mockingly deep tone. "No worries, you all are my friends and I care about you being safe," she said in her normal voice.

"MINERVA! COME. ON!" Ava's voiced echoed from the dark.

"You were the one who said 'go right,'" Minerva muttered to herself, rolling her eyes, and joining the renewed chase with the book under her arm.

***

The chase continued for several more minutes before the heroines followed the chest into a spacious, glittering chamber with a floor covered in piles of gold coins. Gurka, Ava, and Minerva stopped when they caught the unexpected sight and the chest paused long enough to open its lid and expel Xera.

The Amazon flew through the air and landed, stark naked, on the gold and rolled across. "Get your hands off of me!" she shouted, throwing frantic punches before realizing she was free. She stood up as the chest jumped away and joined a row of identical chests against one of the walls.

As the four women looked around, they realized the floor was not only covered in gold, but discarded weapons and damaged armor too. In the center sat a skeleton on a throne. It was adorned in fine robes with a crown of gems on its skull.

"Oh, I don't like this," Ava said.

Minerva walked up to Xera. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine," Xera answered her before looking around. "But Ava is right. We need to leave."

Gurka turned and paused. "What the fuck happened to the door?"

When the others turned around, they all found that the door that led them into the room had vanished, and the four of them grouped up, with Ava and Gurka drawing their weapons and Xera picking up a sword from the ground.

"The door must have been hidden by magic," Minerva said, closing her eyes. "I'll try and find it, or at least make another one," she said while beginning to chant a spell.

"Planning to leave so soon, my lovelies?" a voice whispered to them.

They all turned to the skeleton just as it began to rise from its throne. At the same time, the chests began opening and long, pale limbs appeared as creatures with thin bodies and shaved heads began climbing out and approaching the group. Monstrous, flaccid cocks dangled between their thin legs.

"This is your fault, Ava!" Gurka said, glaring at the knight.

"How?!"

"You said to go right!"

The skeleton stood at its full height and watched the heroines. "Ah, you reached the room where the tunnels branch? Yes, the left tunnel would have taken you back to the surface," he explained.

Ava felt the fiery glares of Xera and Gurka on her. "Look, we'll worry about that later! Let's just get out of here first!"

"Got it!" Minerva cheered and pointed her staff at the wall. A moment later, a door appeared, but the horde of ghouls surrounded the heroines and began closing in on them. Minerva clutched the book under her arm and readied another spell while her companions raised their weapons.

Gurka looked at the ghouls and counted them, 16 in total. Ava raised her shield and gripped her sword, ready to fight.

Xera kept her eyes on the door and readied her sword. "We have to carve through them and get to the door."

The skeleton simply laughed and sat back down on his throne to watch as the ghouls stopped walking and started running at their prey.

When several of the creatures got close, Minerva launched a stream of fire. Two of the creatures dodged, but the third got caught and turned to ash with a surprised scream. The two survivors split in opposite direction, and Minerva redirected the fire to the left, chasing after the creature as it outran her attack. Too late did she realize that the creature that went right rounded on her and closed in.

The sorceress screamed in surprise as the creature leapt at her, forcing her to abandon her spell and try to put some distance between them. It swiped at her with its hand and she stepped just out of reach, but the thing's long fingers still grabbed the plunging neckline of her robe and ripped it free, exposing her petite body and small, round tits. Minerva screamed and fell on her ass as the two creatures cackled and swarmed her.

***

"Hang on, Minerva! I'm coming!" Gurka yelled, having seen the sorceress overwhelmed. Three of the creatures lay dead at her feet and she swung her axe at a fourth, but it stepped out of her range. Gurka raised her weapon to charge at it but felt a sudden weight on her back as another of the creatures jumped and latched on, wrapping its long limbs around her torso and pinning an arm to her side. Gurka dropped her axe and slammed her elbow into the thing's head, cursing at it while fighting to stay upright.

"Dammit! Get off of me!" she spat. Just then, the other creature grabbed the orc by her ankles and pulled, forced her to fall into the pile of gold that made up the floor. The two creatures pinned Gurka under their collective weight as she continued fighting.

***

Ava bashed one of the creatures with her shield, sending it to the floor. Two lay dead at her feet and a third crawled away, fatally wounded. She pressed her attack against the one she knocked down, thrusting her sword forward. The creature slipped to the side of the attack and Ava overextended, losing her footing on the gold surface.

"Shit!" she cursed, staggering forward. The creature lashed out with its arm, smacking her in the face and sending her to the floor. She fell on her chest, but before she get back up, the creature jumped on her back and held her down, pinned her arms to the floor while tearing at her armor with its teeth as she writhed beneath it, screaming for it to get off of her.

***

The blood on Xera's sword dripped on the gold and two of the creatures lay face down on the ground in their own blood, not moving. The Amazon eyed the surviving creatures. They were hesitant to approach. Her naked chest heaved and a smirk crossed her face as she widened her stance.

She looked past the creatures and her expression changed. In the distance, Minerva was being held and penetrated by two of the creatures, her tattered robes barely clinging to her thin body.

Gurka wasn't much better off. The pair on the orc had managed to overpower her and, though she kicked and bit, the creatures were dragging her toward one of the chests, a place Xera knew Gurka would be immersed in total darkness and helpless against their predation.

Not far off, Ava was pinned down beneath another of the monsters, its cock thrust deep into her pale, white ass while it held her down.

Xera turned her gaze back on the pair in front of her and made a move like she was going to strike. They backed away from her and in that moment of hesitation, Xera ran at them. She swung a sword at one and, anticipating its dodge, swept her leg around and knocked the creature off its feet. She then swung her elbow around and floored the second monster before running to help Gurka first.

Xera's tits bounced as she ran, and the muscles of her long legs flexed as they carried her across the golden floor. Xera glanced down and scooped up a discarded dagger without breaking her stride. She then flipped it in her hand and threw it, catching one of the creatures with Gurka in the back and taking it down. This surprised the other long enough for the orc to break free and knock it unconscious with a single punch.

Gurka spun and looked at Xera, acknowledging her with a single nod of thanks.

"Go help Minerva!" Xera pointed before turning in Ava's direction and running off.

***

Minerva gasped as the creature thrust in an out of her snatch. Long, clammy fingers molded the tender flesh of her tits and the thing's tongue snaked across her flat stomach, savoring every last taste of her quivering flesh.

It slid an arm down her body, forcing her legs wider as it plunged itself deeper. It lifted its head and upper body, keeping a hand on her hip and another on one of her tits without breaking its rhythm. The other creature knelt at Minerva's head, stroking its erect cock as both the creatures grinned at the helpless sorceress.

Her face was flush, her nipples erect, and her mouth agape as the cold metal of the coins under her bare back and ass pressed against her skin. She wrapped a leg around the creature penetrating into her and looked back at the one standing over her. In the distance, she thought she hear someone...was it Gurka?....shouting her name, but the wave of pleasure washing over her quickly pushed those thoughts aside as her pussy clenched around the monster's thick member while it slid in and out of her.

She heard the creature kneeling over her let out a groan, and she craned her neck to look back through glossed over eyes. The thing's thin body trembled as it continued pleasure itself, then a stream of cum erupted from the head of its cock, caking Minvera's face, chest, and stomach in a messy spill that made the thing cackle. Some of it got into her mouth and she lapped it up out of reflex.

Soon, the one penetrating shuddered in the same manner and she felt its seed fill her before the thing pulled out and added to the mess on her face and body.

She lay on there, on the golden floor, panting and covered as the creatures pulled away from and looked her over. Her strength had left her. Her muscles quivered. Her breathing was ragged and short. She tried to sit up, but the creature that had been fucking her grabbed her by her ankles and began dragging her away.

Minerva looked up and saw the line of chests, like the one that swallowed Xera, and a moment of clarity came over her as she thrashed at the creature.

"No!" she screamed, trying to grab on to anything she could to keep from being taken into one of the chests. She looked around and saw the spell book still at her side. She kicked at the creature with her bare foot, her skinny legs flailing about wildly as she extended her reach for the book. Her hand managed to wrap around the leather bound spine, but the second creature smacked her hand away and grabbed her wrists so that she was being carried by the monsters now.

The cum dripped from her body as she squirmed in their grip.

"Put me down!" she demanded. They simply laughed and picked up the pace toward the chests. There was then a savage yell, a body jolted, and the hands on Minerva's ankles loosened. The other creature let go of her, dropping her to the floor and Minerva shuddered at the sound of blade parting flesh. She looked up and saw Gurka, naked with her axe over her shoulder, sculpted muscles relaxing as she smirked. One creature lay on the floor with a wound in its chest and the other had its head removed from its shoulders.

Minerva stared at Gurka, and her gaze lingered on the orc's firm tits and muscular thighs.

Gurka extended a green hand to Minerva. "I can't take my eye off of you for a second, can I, sorceress?"

***

Ava gasped, panted, and clutched two fistfuls of gold coins as the creature pinning her down thrust in and out of her quivering ass. Her chest armor had been torn away in the fighting, and the cold metal of the coins under her erect nipples rubbed against her tender flesh.

The ghoul wrapped long, slender fingers around her waist and pulled her up so she was on her knees. It played with her tits with one hand, while snaking the other around and toying with the lips of her pussy, without once breaking the pace of its thrusting.

Ava couldn't help herself. She reached up and grabbed her other tit, playing with the soft flesh and rubbing her own nipple between her thumb and forefinger while feeling herself grow wet around the ghoul's fingers in her snatch. Her breathing was short and ragged. She spread her legs wider. Her thigh trembled. The sound of the ghoul's hips slamming into the ample meat of her ass was all she could hear as she let out a scream, feeling herself come closer to the brink.

The walls of her pussy tightened around the monster's fingers and she grabbed its wrist as if to push its hand in further.

"Y...yes!" Ava cried out, feeling release creeping closer.

Then there was violent jolt behind her, and her body shuddered as the creature stopped. Ava whipped her head around, her asshole and pussy throbbing.

Xera stood, looking down as she pulled her sword from the ghoul's back.

Ava narrowed her eyes at the statuesque Amazon, gritting her teeth.

Xera simply looked Ava over. "...I'll buy you a companion at the next brothel we come across." She then kicked Ava in her ass, making her fall forward. "Up. We're leaving."

Ava scrambled to gather her sword and shield and looked over to see Gurka help Minerva up. She then turned her gaze on the skeleton, who remained on his throne the entire time.

Before long, the four heroines regrouped and eyed the undead lord.

"Well done, ladies," its gravelly voice echoed through the room as it rose, its old bones creaking. "But we're not finished yet."

Its ancient robes shifted as it lifted its bony arms. The bodies of the ghouls shifted and stirred. Wounds closed, severed body parts reattached, and the dead ghouls stood back up and turned their attention back on the heroines.

Gurka growled and turned to the skeleton lord. "I bet if I bury my axe in his head, they'll all fall," the orc announced.

"Go," Xera told her, taking a fighting stance and facing down the ghouls.

"Uh...Xera..." Ava said, pointing behind the ghouls.

Xera craned her neck to see the row of chests opening up. More of the creatures began climbing out of them, easily doubling the number of ghouls in the room. "By the goddess..." Xera gasped before widening her stance. "Minerva...."

"One second!" the sorceress said, frantically thumbing through the pages of the massive spell book. She then paused, a smirk crossed her cum stained face, and she raised her hand and chanted a spell before pointing at the ghouls between the heroines and the door. The room then filled with a bright flash and a loud boom.

III

Gurka was the first to emerge from the tunnel entrance, her breath ragged as she slid to a stop and spun around. "Move your asses!" she yelled into the dark.

Xera emerged first, followed closely by Ava. There was another yell, followed by the light of a sudden fire, before Minerva ran out last, the spell book tucked under her arm.

"Close it, close it, close it!!" The sorceress yelled once she was out.

Gurka grunted and shoved a large stone slab that made up the door into the place, sealing the entrance.

One by one, they all collapsed into the grass that made up the hillside outside the entrance. The warmth of the midday sun came down on them and the grass beneath their naked, bruised flesh tickled.

After a few moments marked only by hysterical laughter, Xera sat up and peeled the severed hand of one of the ghouls off her right tit and tossed it aside. She looked around at the others where they lay and let out a heavy sigh, burying her face in her hands.

"Who has the bag with the healing potions?" she asked.

Silence.

Gurka then cleared her throat. "Ava was carrying it."

Everyone turned to Ava, and all she had were her sword, shield, and a few scraps of armor and clothing. "Oh...I guess I dropped it in the gold chamber..." she admitted.

"You had one fucking job..." Gurka sat up and growled, groaning at a sudden onset of pain that came on once the adrenaline wore off.

"It's not my fault!" Ava protested.

"You usurped leadership and led us the wrong way," Xera stated. "It absolutely is your fault."

Ava glared at Xera, who stood up. "Everyone in favor of Ava going back in there and getting our potions..." she said, raising her hand.

"Aye," Gurka's hand shot up.

Minerva hesitated, lowered her head, and raised her hand.

"All opposed..." Xera said.

"...Nay..." Ava whimpered.

Xera stared at Ava and Ava stared back. Slowly, the warrior-priestess rose to her feet and sighed, running a hand through her tangled blonde hair. She then spun on her heel and took off, away from the cave, but Xera was already on her.

The two tall, busty women were a tangle of thrashing limbs and naked flesh as they wrestled in the grass, with Ava trying to push Xera off of her, and Xera trying to pin Ava down. At one point, the Amazon smothered Ava with her tits, making it hard for her to breathe.

Gurka sat up and watched with mild amusement while Minerva watched the display and bit her lip, using the size of the spell book to hide her erect nipples.

Xera maneuvered between Ava's naked legs, wrapping her arms around them. The muscles on her back and triceps flex as she tightened her hold and twisted Ava so she was helpless and on her chest.

"Gurka! The door!" Xera shouted.

Gurka jumped up and walked over to the slab, stretching her muscular arms before putting her hands on it and preparing to push.

"Hey!! Let me go!" Ava kicked, screamed, and clawed at the ground as Xera dragged her back by her legs. When they got close, Gurka shoved the slab just enough for a person to get through. The faint chattering of the ghouls could be heard coming through the space.

"Grab the bag and run like the wind!" Xera said before putting all of her strength behind flinging a screaming Ava through the gap and back into the dark. Gurka then shoved the slab back in place and collapsed back into the grass. Xera slid against the door and into a seated position.

Minerva sat cross legged with the book, thumbing through its pages. "Oh...wait. This book has a whole section on healing spells," she said, drawing looks from the others.

They all snapped to attention when they heard Ava shrieking from inside the tunnel, followed by the chattering laughter of several ghouls.

"I HATE YOU ALL!!!" Ava's scream echoed.

The End
