Superia #8: Annihilation pt. 2

by Sigma

Our Story Thus Far: A giant monster controlled by the sorcerer Sidra is attacking Delta City and the heroines are barely able to contain the chaos. Now, they have to deal with the sorcerer himself joining the fight.

IV

Superia choked and gagged as one of the creatures tightened its hold around her neck. At the same time, she had the jaws of one of the control creatures in her hands and was trying to pull its head apart. Its fangs dug into her hands, but she dug in her heels, gritted her teeth, and kept pulling even as the beast struggled against her.

The one with its tentacles wrapped around her neck and waist clung to her back, digging its appendages down her bottoms, probing her ass and pussy at the same time. Superia choked, growled and with a sudden surge of strength, manage to break the control beast’s jaw. She then twisted the thing’s head, breaking its neck. The creature on her back shrieked and jumped off of her, taking its tendrils out of her body as it and several others began tearing into each other.

Superia cackled and looked around, trying to pick another of the leaders out of the swarm. She turned and immediately found two of them, both of the creatures eyeing her and snarling before attacking as one.

“Shit!” she yelled, dodging their lunges. She sent one flying with a punch and when the other tried to jump on her, she fell back, got her feet on its stomach, and threw it back before she got back up. “Y’all! I think the control monsters are wise to our plan!” she said into the comms.

*

“Yes,” Iron Crane agreed. She stood in the middle of a chaotic scene somewhere in Delta City’s Tokyotown neighborhood. “They’re getting smarter, coordinating better in response to us targeting them.”

Several of the beasts lay dead around her, but so did some unfortunate citizens who couldn’t flee in time. She swung her chain, keeping the beasts surrounding her back. She counted four of the control creatures among them. When one of the common creatures attacked, she put it down by launching the weight at it and hitting it in the head. “And there seems to be no end to them. This won’t end until we kill the large one.”

“Do you need help, Asa? I’m close to T-town,” Bombshell said.

“No, thank you,” I have it under control.  She glanced at her building, not far from where she was, and then ran for it, using the head of one of the creatures as a springboard when it came at her. She then sprinted to the building, easily outrunning the creatures and went into the alley and leapt onto the fire escape. Working quickly, Crane opened the window and went inside. She hid to the side and saw the creatures that were chasing her scan the alley and run past the window.

She then let out a sigh and lowered her mask before walking down the hallway. She passed a door that on the glass said “Miyazawa Dojo” and continued down the hall and up the stairway. At the top, Crane opened the door to her modest apartment and scanned the darkened place. She looked at the wall opposite the door, where a katana mounted on a stand sat quietly in the dark.

She eyed her spare kimono on a dress form next to it and undressed in order to change. As she put her belt with her pouch back on, she heard a raspy, mocking laughter.

“Your mind is troubled, little bird. Is the situation that dire?”

Crane glanced at the sword.

“I can hear the chittering of those creatures. I can feel the tantrums of the large one. The girl, Chiyo, and her family are hiding in the basement. I can taste their fear and uncertainty.”

Crane swallowed a lump in her throat and turned to the sword. It was in a glossy black sheath adorned with golden demon masks. “Is your power enough to strike the monster down, Zankuro?”

“It is, and so much more,” the sword promised.

Crane let out a sigh and reached out with a hesitant hand. She then gripped the sheath and felt a surge of power run through her.

“Know that, as always, when you wield me, I will take what it is mine from you as I draw blood. You will receive my dark blessing in turn.”

Crane breathed deep. “It must be done,” she said before pulling the sheathed sword from the rack and fixing it to her back.

Delphi continued watching, with Alexis and Morgan helping her. Madeline donned her costume and left some time earlier to help with medical and rescue efforts throughout the city. She watched one window on the monitor as the computer analyzed the DNA samples the drone brought back, and the other windows showed the spread and where everyone else was.

“There has to be something we’re missing…” she said to herself.

“Uh...Delphi,” Alexis said.

“Yes?”

“I found Korina…”

“You have? Is she all right?”

“Maybe?” Alexis said. “Come here.”

Delphi raised an eyebrow and walked over. She looked over Alexis’ shoulder at her screen, sighed, and pinched the bridge of her nose. “So that’s where she is...”

*

“Get the fuck back, you stupid bulldog-looking bitch,” Korina growled with her back to the wall.

The three bikers she shared the cell with were all in front of her, but one, the apparent leader, was on her knees, clutching her eye and biting back curses. The other two were hesitant to go after Korina, despite the fact that the girl was half their size and barely 100 pounds soaking wet.

Korina’s shirt was torn, to the point where her tiny, perky tits were exposed and her heart pounded in her chest as she watched her three attackers. She risked a glance outside the cell, wondering why none of the cops had interfered, when she realized the cops were all running around, some looking like they were in a panic.

“What the hell’s going on out there?”

One of the two standing bikers noted the distraction and charged, throwing a punch.

“Duck now,” Xanthe said.

Korina listened and got low, and the punched sailed over her head and right into the brick wall. Korina heard bones pop and the biker screamed in agony, pulling back her injured hand.

“This would be a lot easier if you would just fucking drive for a bit!” Korina said to Xanthe.

“I’m not wasting my time on these whelps. You’ll be fine with my guidance.”

The third biker wrapped the girl in a bear hug and squeezed, and Korina gagged and kicked, trying to get free.

“Let me go, asshat!” Korina screamed.

“Bite her.”

Korina looked at the biker, opened her mouth, and clamped down on the woman’s nose with her teeth. The woman screamed and let Korina go, and Korina released her hold and backed away. The biker backed up, holding her nose with tears in her eyes.

“Rabid little bitch!” The biker groaned.

“Keep your hands to yourselves, dipshits!” Korina spat. They all watched her and grouped up. “Stay over there and I’ll stay over here.”

The bikers grumbled and got up, but slowly backed away. Korina watched them and held her ground. “You know what, one of you assholes give me your vest.”

The bikers paused and looked at each other, stunned.

“I’ll bite you again!” Korina promised.

The biker with the injured nose grumbled and, after being urged by the others, took off her leather vest and threw it at Korina. The teen put on, drowning in the too-big garment, and closed it to cover her bare chest. She then sat down on the bench, staring daggers at the three.

“You’ve established dominance. They won’t bother you again.”

“I wish I could bite you…” Korina said to Xanthe as she settled into her seat.

Back at the safehouse, Alexis walked into the bathroom and let out a deep sigh. When she came in, Morgan was standing in front of the mirror over the sink with her purse open in front of her. She turned to Alexis.

“Is this your first time on an operation?” Morgan asked.

“Yeah,” Alexis said. “Didn’t think it would be this stressful.”

“To be fair, they usually aren’t this big.”

Alexis walked up next to her and sighed, staring at their reflections in the mirror. “How come I’ve never seen you before? You’re obviously used to this.”

“Ah, I mostly work with Ms. Chambers,” Morgan explained. “It’s rare that I work with the rest of the team.”

Alexis sighed and put her hands on the sink, leaning forward. “I really hope they’re all right out there…”

“We can’t rely on hope,” Morgan said. “We can only do what we can to assist them.” She went into her purse and took out a small pill bottle. “Still, the work has it stresses. There are ways to cope.”

Alexis looked at her. “What is that?”

“A relaxant. I use it in my work in helping Ms. Chambers.”

Alexis looked into Morgan’s purse. “Girl, you’ve got a whole pharmacy in there!”

“Ms. Chambers is very demanding. Fortunately, my roommate’s brother is a good source.”

Alexis took the bottle Morgan gave her, took one of the pills and popped it. Morgan smiled slightly and did the same. Alexis sighed and looked at herself in the mirror again.

“Thanks, Morgan. I already feel a bit better.”

Morgan put a hand on her shoulder. “We’ll get through this.”

Alexis smiled and left the bathroom.

Morgan turned back to the mirror and took her lipstick from her purse. She then paused and looked at the pill bottle she and Alexis both just used and froze.

“I...oh crap...That was the Bliss…”

*

“Everyone listen,” Delphi said into the comms. “We found Korina.”

“Well tell her to suit up!” Superia said.

“It isn’t that simple, I’m afraid,” Delphi explained while pacing the room. “She’s in jail.”

“Well she certainly picked a fine fucking time to get arrested!” Bombshell said.

“What’d she do?” Blaze said.

“She was caught spray painting at the train yard.”

“That’s it?” Superia said. “Tell me where she is, Del. I’ll go break her out.”

“You are not assaulting any police officers, Naomi. Not now,” Iron Crane said.

“Fuck off, Crane. This is more important!”

“No, Asa’s right. Korina will have to stay where she is for now. We’re barely holding on out here and we cannot afford to divert anyone,” Delphi explained. “Once Sentinel makes some headway, I’ll ask Agent Fox to send someone for Korina. Focus on what’s in front of you for now.”

Thera stood in the center of Downtown Delta City. The ground beneath her feet trembled slightly, and Daggermaw’s roaring echoed on the air. The sorceress let out a sigh and looked down at the symbol under her feet. It was a large circle, about 20 feet wide, with symbols around the circumference. Thera put her hands together and began chanting a spell. She felt the wards she put up all over the city redirecting and infusing their energy into the symbol under her. The tattoos on her body flared with light. She then slammed her palm into the center of the symbol and it felt it surge with power before it eventually died down.

“...It’s done,” Thera said. “Now...to wait for the...What?!”

She turned around just as Sidra materialized behind her. He threw a palm at her and Thera held her staff up. Sidra’s blow smashed into a barrier Thera quickly put up, but she still flew back from the sheer power as the barrier shattered. Thera hovered through the air and landed as Sidra held out his hand and smirked.

“A sorceress...in this day and age. Interesting…”

Thera watched him closing, her heart racing in her ample chest. She could feel the raw power emanating off of him. “You! You’re controlling that thing!”

“I am,” Sidra said, walking toward her. “We both come from a past age, a time of chaos and strife. We will bring ruin to this place just as we once did to the cities of old.”

“Everyone, there’s a man controlling the monster. I’m looking right at him. Be careful, he’s powerful!” she said into the comms.

Shit!” Superia said. “Anyone close to downtown?!”

“I am on my way,” Iron Crane said.

“I’m bogged down, girls, sorry,” Bombshell said.

“These creatures are causing fires. I’m doing my best to put them out!” Blaze said.

“I’m helping the National Guard on the northern end of the city,” Mantis said. “I won’t be able to get downtown anytime soon.”

“These creatures are all over Neptune Park, A bunch of people ran here to hide so I’m having to turn every inch of the park into a fortress. I can’t leave!” Thorn added.

“Fucking fuck! Hang on Thera, I’m coming!” Superia said.

“That’s what she said!” Blaze said.

“Cindy!” Everyone else chastised.

“I’m told you Aphrodites are abundant in this age. This is good,” Sidra said. “More slaves to be brought to heel.” He stopped in the center of Thera’s symbol. “But first, let’s do away with this.”

The symbol flared and, after the light died, the symbol faded, the spell undone. Thera watched him with her jaw slack and swallowed a lump in her throat.

“Who are you…?”

“Your new master, whore!” Sidra said before launching himself through the air at her.

Thera growled and pointed her staff at him. The orb on the end flashed and launched a stream of flame at Sidra. Sidra used his own magic to shield himself from the fire, and as he dispelled it, he closed in and seized Thera by her throat.

The sorceress gagged as Sidra lifted her off the ground. He then smirked and squeezed her neck, before he growled. “Damn you!”

Thera’s eye’s glowed before the sorceress erupted in a powerful explosion. Up above, the real Thera hovered with a pair of spectral wings. She clapped her hands together and chanted a spell, waiting for Sidra to reappear. When he launched himself skyward, Thera parted her hands, launching a beam of energy that slammed Sidra back into the ground, leaving a crater at the point of impact. She lowered herself back down and caused the wings to disappear.  She waited for the smoke to dissipate, and when it did, Sidra stood at the center, his robes singed and tattered but he was intact otherwise.

“Not bad, witch,” Sidra said, floating out of the crater. “That script in your skin, it’s how you channel your magic, isn’t it?”

Thera gripped her staff and prepared to fight.

“Once I’ve broken you and grown tired of your body, I will flay it from your flesh and learn its secrets.” He then held out his hand and summoned his own staff, on top of which sat a crescent shape with a black orb hovering inside of it. He tapped the weapon against the floor and dozens of small portals opened in the air around him. “Now, witness true power.” Spikes of energy shot out from the portals like bullets, assaulting Thera all at once.

“Ah!” She screamed, throwing up another barrier. Sidra’s barraged was too much, and the barrier broke. The bolts of energy then riddled Thera, knocking her back and to the ground. Sidra then raised his staff, and the orb crackled with electricity before a ball of energy, the size of a basketball, took shape in front of it. He threw it, and all Thera could do was brace herself before impact.

The explosion rocked the surrounding area and when the smoke cleared, Thera was on her hands and knees, gasping for air. Another barrier barely protected her, and using so much magic so quickly was draining the sorceress, especially after she had set up the wards. Her robes were tattered and her tattoos flared as she tried to conjure another spell.

“Heh,” Sidra chuckled. He raised his hand and caused a sizable chunk of street rubble to levitate. He then pointed two fingers and the rock flew and hit Thera, glancing her forehead but hitting her hard enough to knock her down. Sidra approached her and snapped his fingers. As Thera tried to stand, with a fresh gash on her forehead, a portal opened over her he and glowing, spectral chains grabbed her wrists and bound them above her head, pulling her off the ground. More chains appeared below and grabbed her ankles, pulling her legs apart.

Sidra smirked and walked toward her. With a wave of his hand, an invisible force tore the robes from her body, exposing her tone, supple shape to him. Sidra licked his lips and stood before his captive before grabbing his jaw. “Exquisite…”

Thera growled and bit his hand.

Sidra hissed and pulled his hand back, and then slapped her before grabbing her braided hair and lifting her head up. “I will have to break that spirit, witch. No worries, I’ve broken Aphrodites before.” He cupped her right breast, indulging the warm feeling of her brown skin in his hand, as he studied her tattoos. “This is a very old language. I didn’t think such things still endured.” He then looked her in the eyes. “One like you does not exist alone. Where is your coven located? I want their power after I take yours.”

“You won’t get that far,” Thera promised. “You aren’t leaving this city.”

Sidra smiled and caressed the side of her face. “I supposed I’ll need to probe your mind then…” he then traced his touch up the side of her face, to her forehead and pressed his index finger to it. Thera began to scream as Sidra’s finger began pushing into her head.

She fought against the chains, the curves of her body shaking as she tried to fight his incursion.

*

“Thera…” Delphi gasped, watching helplessly through one of the drone cameras. She looked on the monitor and saw the dots that represented Superia and Iron Crane close in on Thera. She then looked elsewhere, trying to figure out a way to help.

Morgan glanced at the monitors and then walked to Alexis where she sat and leaned in. “Alexis…”

“What’s up?” Alexis looked at her.

Morgan leaned in to whisper so Delphi couldn’t hear. “There’s something I need to tell you…”

“What..?”

“I…”

“Morgan, Alexis,” Delphi interrupted without facing them. “Contact Sentinel and see if they can redirect anyone downtown. They can get there sooner than Asa or Naomi. I also need you to tell Agent Fox that a large force of the smaller creatures is tearing through Patterson Heights unchecked. These things are beginning to encroach on Saldana. If I had to guess, Muerte and Las Calaveras should be able to slow them down, but we don’t know if Diabla is out there or not. Tell Fox to get someone to Saldana and tell Muerte about the control creatures.”

Alexis and Morgan both watched, and when they didn’t answer, Delphi turned and faced them.

“Ladies, now!”

They both scrambled and got to work, with Morgan hesitating at first before she returned to her station.

“Come in, Sentinel,” Alexis said into her headset. Suddenly, she felt her throat dry and a tingle between her legs. “What the hell…?” she whispered. She noticed her own nipples were hard. When she looked up, she was fixated on the shape of Delphi’s toned ass under her skirt. Unconsciously, Alexis slipped her fingers into her shorts and her bikini bottoms and she bit her lip and began playing with herself under her desk.

“You’ve got Sentinel. Go ahead,” a voice came back.

“I...right,” Alexis breathed before she began relaying the message.

“I am in so much trouble…” Morgan whispered to herself as she watched Alexis. At the same time, she began to feel it too. It was getting warm, and Morgan took off her blazer and unbuttoned the top of her blouse. She moved her legs apart, biting her lips and trying to fight back against the urges. She stared at Alexis’ ample brown cleavage, barely restrained by the tight t-shirt she had on, and Alexis’ bikini top was visible underneath. She looked at the woman’s thick thighs and imagined her face in between them.

She squeezed her eyes shut, trying to will herself through it, but when she closed her eyes all she could feel was the sensation of her face in Alexis’ tits, those meaty globes suffocating her as she happily lapped up their taste. Morgan let out a soft moan and quickly opened her eyes. Delphi still had her back turned to them, but Morgan made the mistake of looking at her shapely ass. A quick thought flashed through Morgan’s head, and she pictured herself, naked and tied down to a table and at the mercy of both Delphi and Alexis. The sensation was so real she could feel the nylon rope around her wrists, thighs, and stomach. In her vision, both black women stood over her with smirks on their faces. Alexis then climbed on the table stood with her legs spread over Morgan while Delphi readied a large strap on that she wore around her waist and got between Morgan’s vulnerable legs. Alexis’ meaty ass lowered onto Morgan’s face while she felt Delphi slowly penetrate her.

She quickly opened her eyes again, her breathing shallow and her pussy growing wet. “Get it together Morgan. Get it together!” She then opened her eyes and scrambled for her purse, going through its contents before she found what she was looking for, a 6-inch, black dildo, a  Series-4 Stealth model, one of Whacky Willie Toys’s discreet offerings for when a person needs to pleasure themselves in secret  (Author’s note: Shout out to Deanna Troi :) ) that she always kept buried in the bottom. She quickly slid it up her skirt, inserting it in herself slowly. She held her moan until it was all the way in and then began pumping, in and out in a slow motion to make as little noise as possible.

Morgan bit her lip, holding every mounting sensation. She looked over at Alexis, who was leaned back, still on the line with Sentinel, while fingering herself as discreetly as she could. Morgan used her free hand and went back into her purse, producing another identical dildo. She turned and launched it across the room.

“Ow!” Alexis cried out, but kept her voice down so as to not draw Delphi’s attention. She glared over at Morgan, who winced on impact when she saw the toy hit Alexis in the side of her head.

“Sorry!” Morgan mouthed before pointing at the floor.

Alexis looked down at the dildo and picked it up. She then looked at Morgan, who spun her chair with her legs spread and showed Alexis. Morgan imitated swallowing a pill and then mouthed “Bliss.”

Alexis looked at her wide-eyed. “You bitch!” she mouthed back.

“I’m sorry!” Morgan mouthed.

Alexis picked the toy up, huffed, and slid her shorts and bikini bottoms down just enough to get it in as she began playing with herself. Morgan watched her for several seconds before turning back to her station.

“Are we good, ladies?” Delphi asked, unaware of what was happening right behind her.

“We’re good…” both women moaned.

*

“Your secrets will be mine,” Sidra told Thera as he continued probing inside her head. She screamed in pain and, with a wave of his hand, Sidra covered her mouth with a magical seal. Her cries were muffled, the intense pain causing her to shake in her bonds as Sidra continued his work.

“After I have what I want, I will take your mind as well. You will be nothing more than a doll for me to play with and discard as I please.”

He then looked up. “What is this power I’m sensing? I-”

He was cut off as someone flew through the air and hit him with a flying kick that sent him flying back a good distance. He corrected in mid-air and landed hovering a few inches off the ground before lowering himself.

There were several quick flashes of steel and Thera’s bonds were cut. She fell to her knees and ripped the seal off of her mouth before looking up. She caught sight of black-bladed sword held in a slender hand and saw Iron Crane standing in front of her.

“Asa...thank you,” Thera breathed. “I don’t know how much longer I would’ve lasted.”

“Rest, Thera. I will handle him,” Iron Crane said.

“I...wait, is that Zankuro?!”

Iron Crane turned and gave a slight nod.

“Asa! You know what that cursed sword demands of its wielders! You have to sheath it!”

“It’s the only way…” Crane said, gripping the sword with two hands and taking a fighting stance.

“That weapon,” Sidra said, narrowing his eyes at Crane. “I must have it…”

“I want that summoner’s soul…” Zankuro’s voice echoed in Iron Crane’s head. “Feed me!”

Crane winced when she felt a sharp pain shoot through her arm, a reminder of Zankuro’s steep price. It subsided as quickly as it came and she fixed her gaze on her enemy before surging forward in a burst of speed that caught both Sidra and Thera by surprise.

*

“What in the world…?” Delphi said, watching the screen where Crane and Sidra fought. “How is Asa moving so quickly…?”

*

Sidra quickly found himself on the back foot because of Crane’s speed and ferocity. He used his staff to block the blows from her sword. He conjured a barrier and the sword sliced through it, nearly cleaving him in two at the shoulder before he dodged out of the way. He swept the bottom of his staff, aiming for Crane’s feet. She saw the move and jumped back, giving Sidra the space he needed. He then pointed his staff at her, opening dozens of small portals and firing a volley of energy bolts.

Crane watched the attack come and felt a surge of power through every fiber of her body. With little effort, she weaved past every single attack as she ran at Sidra with a burst of speed.

Thera watched Crane go on the attack, in awe at her speed. “I can’t let her use that sword...but she can’t defeat him otherwise…” She tried to stand, but wavered on her legs and fell back down, weakened from Sidra’s attacks on her. She breathed deep, trying to focus despite the pain she was in, determined to help Asa.

Iron Crane dodged a large, fast-moving sphere of energy that Sidra fired at her only to see him vanish when she recovered. He reappeared behind her and just as she spun around, Sidra closed his palm around her face. A surge of arcane power shot through his arm, blasting Crane and causing her to scream in pain. Sidra then threw her, causing her bounce across the ground like a skipping stone. The sword flew from her hand and impaled in the ground and Sidra flew over to the heroine. He raised his free hand and summoned his own sword, preparing to cut her down when something wrapped around his wrist and held him in place. He turned around to see glowing chains coming from the ground. Another emerged and grabbed his other arm, and a third wrapped around his neck.

He saw Thera, barely standing, with her arm outstretched. Her bruised and naked body heaved with labored breath as she fixed her gaze on him.

“Bitch!” Sidra cursed and tried to break free.

Iron Crane got up, punched Sidra in the face and hit him hard with a round house kick that knocked him back. Thera’s chains held him in place and Crane looked around, seeing the sword impaled in the ground. She held out her hand and the sword trembled before flying to her hand. At the same time, Sidra began chanting a spell. When Crane had the blade in hand, she raised it and prepared to bring it down, but Sidra’s eyes flashed.

Sidra then smirked as Iron Crane stood over him, her black sword mere inches from his face. He turned to see Thera similarly frozen, her arm still held out. He shook off Thera’s chains and stood up, dusting off his robe.

“This time certainly has spawned some interesting Aphrodites…”

*

“They’re frozen…” Delphi said. “What did he just do?”

*

Iron Crane stood in the middle of the empty street, and turned to see Thera a few feet away. “Thera, where did he go?” Crane asked.

“He’s gone…” Thera said. She then turned to her friend. “Where’s the sword?”

Iron Crane looked down to see her hand empty. Thera walked up to her.

“Why did you bring that terrible weapon?”

“It’s our best bet at stopping him,” Crane said. “I need to find it.”

“It consumes a bit of your soul every time you use it, you know that!”

“If that’s what it takes…”

“Asa…” Thera said, taking her hand. “When I first sensed that thing’s terrible power, I honored your request to not tell the others just what it was you had, but you have to seal that thing away.”

“I can’t…” Crane admitted.

“Its hold on you is already that strong…” Thera said, looking down. “When this is over, I promise I’m going to help you get free of it. For now...we…”

“You will do nothing, witch. You belong to me now.”

Crane and Thera turned when they heard Sidra’s voice. The city suddenly melted away into an endless black void, and Sidra materialized in front of them.

“Oh no…” Thera gasped. “He’s trapped our minds…”

“How to do we get out?” Crane asked, taking a fighting stance.

“We can’t…This is very old and powerful magic.”

Sidra smirked and eyed the two. He then waved his hand and both women froze in place. With a motion, Sidra beckoned and both women were compelled to come to him. They fell to their knees in front of him, every muscle in their bodies ignoring their commands. They both gave him defiant looks as he put a hand to Thera’s chin.

“I have always enjoyed breaking Aphrodites, because you women are always such fighters. The challenge is exquisite.” He then ran his hand through Crane’s dark hair. “I think I will take my time with the two of you especially. My strength is slow to return from my long imprisonment, but what I have is enough in dealing with you two.”

“We will never submit to you!” Thera vowed.

“Is that so?” Sidra asked. With a snap of his fingers, a bright flash of light burned the black void away and Thera and Crane found themselves in an opulent, cavernous chamber. The floor was polished marble, the air cool, and both women were completely nude with iron collars around their necks and shackles around their wrists. All around them, hardened looking soldiers were engaged in sex acts with tall, curvy women of various ethnicities. They all had empty, defeated looks in their eyes as they spread their legs and opened their mouths for their men.

“In my time, I was a conqueror of nations,” Sidra told them. “The women you see here are various Aphrodites throughout the ages who I have defeated and enslaved. I rewarded my followers thusly for their courage and trust. They knew that, between my magic and Daggermaw’s rage, nothing would stand against me.”

A terrifying roar shook the chamber and Thera and Crane turned and looked out over a burning landscape. Daggermaw was in the distance, laying waste to a burning kingdom, with the screams of men and women echoing in the air.

“I raised him from a hatchling and together, we made the world of men tremble,” Sidra explained. “But none of that concerns either of you.”

Crane gasped as Sidra grabbed her by her hair, and suddenly she found herself kneeling in front of a naked Sidra, his erect cock inches from her face. He forced his cock down her throat and she gasped as he began thrusting his hips, forcing his cock in and out of her mouth.

Thera watched helplessly as Sidra had his way with Crane and she looked around the chamber at some of the other Aphrodites, many of whom she recognized from her home’s historical archives. There was Xiao Wu, from Imperial China’s Three Kingdoms Period, bent over a table as one of Sidra’s men rammed his cock in her ass.

Svala Svendottir, a legendary Aphrodite from the Viking Age, was being held down and ravaged by another man.

Ahura, who lived during the time of Ancient Egypt, was being gang fucked by two men.

She even saw Akna, an Aphrodite said to be from the time of the ancient Maya. She was a woman on whom the archives had very little information. That once proud warrior was reduced to riding the cock of a giant of a warrior among Sidra’s followers, her tits heaving and swaying as she bounced up and down on the swollen member.

“Yes, witch...I defeated and broke all of these heroines. Now they are trapped here, in a realm of my own making, for all eternity, just as you and your companion will be.”

Thera turned to find Sidra standing in front of her, even as another image of him was several feet away with his cock down Iron Crane’s throat. Sidra put his hand on Thera’s neck and squeezed hard. She gagged as he pushed her to the floor, and the shackles around her wrists broke and reshaped to pin her arms to the ground.

Sidra used his free hand to grab Thera’s other thigh and spread her legs as his swollen cock stood at attention. She tried to resist, but could only moan as he shoved himself in and began thrusting. Thera bit her lip, trying to break free of her bonds as Sidra fucked her. He kept pushing his cock in, grinning at the sorceress as he violated her over and over. He ran a hand up the smooth skin of her stomach, playing with her tits and shoving his fingers in her mouth while thrusting deep. She moaned, sucking on his fingers while his cock plunged deep, stretching her walls and bringing her closer to breaking with each passing second.

She felt her body getting warm, and Sidra leaned in, applying more of his weight as he brought his face inches from hers.

“So easily broken,” Sidra teased while continued to fuck the sorceress, who lay under him, completely at his mercy.

Iron Crane lay on the floor, her kimono torn off, her face covered in Sidra’s cum, and her body heaving with labored breath. She then felt Sidra grab her by the waist and force her ass into the air before he probed her ass with his cock.

“Ah!” she screamed as he pushed himself, slowly, and then her head jerked back as Sidra grabbed some of her black hair and pulled while thrusting his hips back and forth, stretching her asshole. Asa balled her hands into fists and bit her lip, while pressing her forehead to the cold floor. Sidra’s hips slammed into her ample ass and she tried fighting back the sensation of pleasure that was mounting, but like all Aphrodites, her body was betraying her.

She breathed deep and looked over at Thera, who was being fucked by another version of Sidra, and she looked around at the orgy of enslaved Aphrodites around her. She knew, in the back of her mind, she was staring directly at her own fate, but all she could think of was Sidra’s cock ramming her in the ass over and over, and it was all she wanted.

She was growing wet between her legs, and let out a gasp when Sidra’s hand snaked around her side and he shoved two fingers in. He dug around, scooping up some of her juices and then pulled is hand out.

“Exquisite,” Sidra laughed, licking Asa’s juices from his fingers before stroking the side of his face. “But you, my dear, are repressed. I can sense it. Time to break you out of that shell.”

She looked back at him, not wanting to give him the satisfaction of an answer as he continued fucking her from behind. Still, she spread her legs farther and got lower, her tits swinging back and forth with the motion. She then blinked, and there was a flash of light, and suddenly the situation was no more.

When the light passed, Asa sat with her naked ass on the cold floor. She then looked down and immediately jumped to her feet, screaming in surprise as she saw a large, swollen cock dangling between her legs. She touched it, hesitantly at first, and found it was her own flesh. Speechless, she simply stroked the rock-hard member, moaning at the pleasure she felt at the slightest touch. She felt hands on her shoulders as Sidra appeared behind her.

“That’s it, my dear,” the sorcerer said. “You can’t tell me you never wondered what it was like. I see what goes on in your head. I know the strict upbringing you had. I know that you’ve trained your mind to resist temptation as much as possible.” He breathed and rubbed her shoulder with one hand while cupping a tit with the other. “And yet, you still feel lust. There’s a man who is on your mind, constantly...and it pains you that you can’t have him.” Sidra teased. He squeezed her nipple. “And the women who are close to you, you would never admit it to yourself or them, but you do look at some with a lustful eye. You keep those thoughts with you in your bed at night as you moan and ruin and your sheets...”

Asa gasped, stroking the cock between her legs. She blinked, and suddenly, Thera was in front of her, on her knees with her mouth open and tongue out.

“Act on your desires now, Asa Miyazawa. Submit your mind to me, and a world of pleasure will be yours.”

Asa’s shoulders fell with a deep breath. She wrapped her slim fingers around the shaft and put the other hand on Thera’s head. She then gently guided the cock in, and Thera moaned around its length as Asa slid her cock in and out of the warmth of Thera’s mouth.

Sidra stepped back, laughing, and took a seat on a throne that rose from the ground behind him as he watched.

Thera grunted and took in Asa’s cock, slurping up the taste. Her head bobbed back and forth and she reached around and grabbed Asa’s ass, squeezing hard while continuing to suck her off. Asa grunted, shoving herself farther down Thera’s throat and nearly making her gag, but Thera took it in and moved one hand down her body and began fingering herself. She moaned around the cock in her mouth and pushed two fingers in to the knuckles, drawing out another gasp as Asa rammed the back of her throat.

Asa’s body shuddered and she pulled herself out before unloading on Thera, completely coating her face and tits. Thera opened her mouth, stuck her tongue out, and lapped it up, but even as Asa emptied herself, her cock remained stiff, so she put a foot to Thera’s chest and forced the sorceress onto her back. She then knelt down, put Thera’s shapely legs over her shoulders, and pushed into her pussy.

“Ahhhh…” Thera cried out as Asa mounted her and began thrusting. She leaned in, and the two women looked each other in the eyes before kissing. Their tits touched, their bodies intertwined, and Thera wrapped her legs around Asa’s head as the two of them got lost in each other, their lithe, supple bodies one.

Sidra watched them with a grin on his face and his own cock stiff beneath his robes. He watched the fine, lean muscles of Asa’s body. He licked his lips at the sight of Thera’s healthy, brown curves, bouncing, shaking, and jiggling with Asa’s thrusting. He could barely contain himself as he heard their breathing and panting, and he could sense the women were close to breaking, close to being tamed and added to his harem.

He exhaled and stood up, unable to contain himself anymore. He determined then and there that he was going to take both women again, and tame them here in his own pocket realm, knowing that their forms in the real world would follow once he dominated their minds.

Sidra licked his lips and approached them slowly, the two of them writhing as they continued making love. Just as he got close enough to see the sweat on their bodies, a strong hand, clad in metal, gripped his shoulder and forced him to turn around.

Sidra growled at the intrusion and then stepped back when he saw a giant of a samurai clad in blood-red armor, with a face hidden in shadow behind the mask of a leering, fanged demon staring down at him with glowing eyes.

“No further, summoner,” the samurai’s voice boomed.

Sidra eyed the giant, looking at the two katana sheathed on his hip, and narrowed his eyes. “Who in the hells are you…?” he asked. He then paused as realization struck and he looked back at Asa, who was still pleasuring Thera. He spun back around and a chill ran to his core. “The presence...in that sword!”

“I am Zankuro of the Blood Wind, and you will cease these games.”

Sidra growled and prepared to attack with a spell.

Zankuro moved to grab one of the swords on his hip.

Before Sidra could attack, he felt a stinging sharp pain in his side and looked down to see it pumping blood. He growled and held out his soaked hand and looked back. Zankuro stood behind him, with his back to him and a bloody sword outstretched.

“I will not repeat myself.”

Sidra healed the wound in his side. “What are you, monster?”

Zankuro turned to face him. “I am your end, summoner. I have seen your soul and I thirst for it.”

“Fool. This is my domain! You trespass and threaten me?!”

Zankuro began walking toward him, his armor rattling as he approached. “Like you, I am a conqueror. But where you sought subjugation, I only sought death. I walked the Earth for many centuries, battling increasingly powerful enemies. All fell before my blade and added to my power.”

Sidra looked at the sword in Zankuro’s hand and eye it closely. It was a shining katana with faces twisted in agony along the length of the blade. Sidra’s blood then ran cold as he stepped back. “Impossible! That sword...that’s the Kamui blade!”

“Your end is here, summoner. Accept it with dignity.”

“No!” Sidra growled and vanished through a portal. When he came out on the other side, he was on a frozen battlefield. Crows circled in the air and men and women lay at his feet. In the distance he saw two figures engaged in battle. One was him, in the distant past and the other was the Viking warrior Svala Svendottir. Sidra had Svala in his grip, her clothing and weapons stripped as she cursed and spit at him. He threw her to the ground and chains bound her to the ground, forcing her to her knees in front of Sidra.

Sidra watched his past self with satisfaction as the memory of this day came back to him. He watched his past self get into Svala’s head and begin subjugating her to his torments.

“Parlor tricks from a petty wizard.”

Sidra jumped and turned to see Zankuro behind him, sword still in hand. Sidra threw a bolt of energy and Zankuro swung his blade with one hand, cutting it in two and destroying it while continuing his advance. Sidra fled through another portal.

And so the chase went. Sidra fled across a montage of past battlefields where and Daggermaw destroyed nations and defeated powerful warriors, and Zankuro found him on each one, brushing aside increasingly powerful and desperate attacks. Each time, the souls in Zankuro’s blade hungered and screamed louder.

“My hatred is not so easily defeated.”

“How are you even here?!” Sidra demanded.

“I cannot traverse the physical plane due to the magic that has sealed me in the sword, but the outside spaces are mine to roam. It is simply a matter of knowing where I want to go.” Zankuro lowered his weapon and stood in place. “I do not care for the well being of the Miyazawa woman, as it was her damned clan that imprisoned me in the first place, but I am bound to her and will not let her be taken by one such as you. Her soul will be mine and mine alone in time.”

“What if I offered to free you from your imprisonment.”

“Than I would be in your debt.”

Sidra smirked and breathed. “So it’s settled, I can…”

His words were cut off with his head.

Zankuro stood over the headless body, holding his sword. “I will not be your lapdog as the titan is, summoner.”

“Damn you, ghost!” Sidra’s severed head screamed.

Zankuro bent down and picked up the head. He then turned it toward the landscape in front of them and the scene shifted. They were in a massive circular chamber dominated by a pool of water. Several women stood on the edge of the pool, looking at its tranquil surface.

“It almost cost us everything, but the monster is banished…” One woman said. She was a tall, curvy, black woman with a thick accent from somewhere in west Africa. Another stepped up next to her, this woman Asian, with a katana on her back.

“Yes, sister. Now, we seal away the summoner who brought that monster to our world.” She and the rest of the gathered Aphrodites turned to the sarcophagus that had been Sidra’s prison. “I sincerely hope neither of these monsters ever walks our world again.”

“Kaya, of the Miyazawa clan. Ancestor to the woman I am bound to. It appears they have bested you, too, summoner.”

“Yes...I remember those whores now,” Sidra said with a growl. “They formed a coalition against me, defeated us both and sealed us away deep beneath the oceans. Damn them all!”

“Linger on those thoughts as you join my collection, summoner.”

“Wait!”

There was a bright flash, and when it subsided, Asa and Thera, covered in sweat, took deep breaths and looked at each other.

“What happened?” Asa asked.

“I don’t…” Thera then looked up. “Asa! Behind you!”

They turned to find Zankuro towering over them.

“I...is that Zankuro?” Thera asked.

“It is…” Asa said. “Come to kill us, ghost?” She stood up and in front of Thera. “Leave Thera be. Your blood feud is only with my clan.”

“I will not fight you in your current state,” Zankuro promised. “Your day of reckoning will come, be assured. I have broken the summoner’s hold on you. Begone from this place.”

Before either woman could say anything, another bright flash filled the space.

Iron Crane gasped and looked forward. Sidra was still standing in front of her and Thera was still behind Sidra with her arm outstretched.

Sidra blinked and looked up. “Wha…” he then looked up and noted the look of realization in Crane’s eyes before her black sword came down on him.

Thera jumped and looked away as Crane cut off Sidra’s head.

Crane looked down at Sidra’s head and body and breathed heavily. She fell to her knees and stuck the tip of her sword in the ground.

“His soul now belongs to me. My power grows,” Zankuro’s voice echoed in Crane’s head. Just then, Crane gasped and bit back a wave of pain that shot through the left side of her body.

“Do not linger too long, little bird,” Zankuro told her. “We still have a monster to slay.”

“Asa!” Thera said, running over to her. She knelt down next to her and took her arm, and gently pulled back on the shoulder of her kimono. She looked at a black, spiral-like mark that was on the back of Asa’s left shoulder and noticed it seemed to expand slightly.

“The curse brand is getting bigger, Asa…”

“I can’t worry about that right now,” Crane said. “We still need to stop the monster.”

“Asa, are you okay?” Delphi’s voice came in.

“Yes, we’re fine,” she answered quickly.

“What happened? All three of you froze for a few seconds before you killed him.”

“It was an effect of the spell I cast,” Thera lied. “We’re fine.”

“Okay…”

Thera tried to help Crane up, but both of them collapsed to the ground with a sudden onset of exhaustion. Thera pushed herself up slowly, groaning as pain wracked her whole body. Crane managed to get to her feet but wavered on her legs.

“Whoa! Take it easy!”

They turned to see Superia running toward them, and she skid to a stop and looked at Sidra. “Looks like you two have been busy. You guys good?”

Thera nodded.

Crane nodded and used Superia’s shoulder to support herself when she offered. A thought then crossed her mind and she looked down, reaching under her short kimono and lifting the waistband of her panties from her crotch.

“Crane, what the fuck are you doing?” Superia asked. She then looked down at Crane’s pussy. “I knew it! Team shaved. Pound it,” Superia said, holding out her fist.

Crane just stared at her and Thera suppressed a laugh. Thera then grunted as more pain washed over her and she fell to one knee.

“Thera?”

“I’m fine...I just need a moment…”

“Right, well, we’ll chill here for a bit,” Superia said. “Maybe we can...fuck!”

“It is not the time for your horny…” Crane started.

“No, look!” Superia pointed.

Thera and Crane turned to see themselves surrounded by many of the titan’s smaller creatures. They kept their distance, but eyed the women closely.

Superia eased Crane down to the ground and then got up and cracked her knuckles. “You girls take five. I’ve gotten good at killing these things,” she said with a grin.

Just then, a terrifying roar seemed to shake the very foundation of the city. Superia, Crane, and Thera all froze and the creatures flinched before looking at each other in confusion.

“...What the fuck just happened…?” Superia asked.

***

Orla looked up from where she lay on her lounge chair out on the boat when she heard the roar, even at this distance.

“Lagoon, what’s happening?”

“Ooooh, this ain’t good, doc. The supers must have just taken out Sidra. Daggermaw’s got nothing controlling him now. It’s like a rabid dog being let off his leash.”

“Huh…” Orla said, going back to her drink. “Better hope those cows can stop it, or we’ll have to step in and show the good people what utter failures they are. Do my butt next.”

Lagoon squeezed more massage oil onto his palms and began gently molding the ample flesh of Orla’s ass.

Elsewhere in Delta City, Agent Fox’s assault rifle clicked dry. “Reloading!” she yelled over the chaos as she dropped the magazine and loaded a new one. She, along with a small contingent of Sentinel Troops, had linked up with local police and were holding a closed off street against the smaller creatures.

“Agent Fox!” A Sentinel soldier said, running up to her.

“What is it, Perkins?” She asked while shooting more of the beasts.

“We just got word from Delphi. The Aphrodites took down the guy who was controlling the creature.”

Fox looked at him with surprise. “Great! One less thing for us to worry about. Get me updates on their positions. Tell Delphi if she can spare any of her girls, we could use their help over here.”

“Yes, ma’am!” Perkins said before leaving.

Fox turned back to the creatures and took aim. No matter how many she and her team, along with the police officers they joined, put down, the creatures kept coming, simply climbing over their dead.

“Come on, you fucks!” Fox growled as she put more of them down. Just then, the creatures paused and a second later, the very ground rumbled as the titan’s roar shook everything around them. Fox jumped in surprise and she, her soldiers, and the cops all stared at each other.

“...Why do I have the feeling things just got much, much worse…?” Fox asked. Just then, the monsters renewed their attack, with heightened ferocity.

“Shit!” Fox yelled in surprise as she and her men opened fire again.

***

“Oh no…” Delphi gasped.

She stood in front of the main monitor and Morgan and Alexis walked up behind her as they stared at the video. On the screen, Daggermaw rampaged through the city, tearing down buildings and destroying his surroundings in blind rage. The creature opened his mouth and a beam of energy erupted, melting several buildings in seconds. Within moments, everything around him was reduced to molten slag and Daggermaw simply stomped through and continued, laying destruction ahead of it.

“That sorcerer must have been keeping him in control…” Delphi said. “Everyone, listen. Drop whatever you’re doing and go after the monster. He’s rampaging through the city like a mindless beast. We have to stop him now!”

***

Fighter jets soared overhead as Superia listened to the distant explosions. She turned to Crane and Thera while she stood on a pile of the dead lesser creatures. “What the fuck are we gonna do, ya’ll?”

“I just need to get close…” Crane said, gripping her sword.

Thera put a hand on her shoulder and stayed quiet.

“You have enough juice to teleport us there, Thera?” Superia asked.

“I’m afraid not,” Thera said. “I need a moment.”

Superia nodded. “Del, come in.”

“What is it?”

“Thera’s still benched for a bit so we can’t get to the monster quickly. Where’s the kid? I’m going to go get her.”

There was a paused before Delphi answered. “The precinct house on 42nd street.”

“Shit…” Superia said. “That’s on the other end of the city. Anyone else closer than us?”

“No…” Delphi said. “And all of Sentinel’s helicopters are engaging the monster.”

“Fuck, fuck, fuck…” Superia said. “All right, I’d better get going, then. You two sit tight. Thera, if you’re up to it before I get back, get to the monster and we’ll link up there.” She then started running in the direction of the 42nd street.

Once Superia was out of earshot, Thera looked at Crane. “Can Zankuro really kill that monster?”

“He says he can…” Crane answered.

“What’s that going to do to you…?”

“It doesn’t matter…” Crane told her. She then began walking off, and Thera followed behind her.

***

“Was that a fucking earthquake?” Korina asked after the cell rumbled.

“That was no earthquake, child…”  Xanthe answered.

“Then what?”

Before Xanthe could answer, there was a commotion in the police station. Yelling, screeching, followed by panicked gunshots.

Korina and the biker women rushed to the edge of the cell and saw the cops in a panic, some running for their lives. Moments later, they saw a small pack of the lesser monsters tearing through the station, attacking the officers and destroying everything around them.

“Whoa!” Korina gasped. “What the hell are those?!”

“...Interesting…” Xanthe said.

Some of the monsters turned in the direction of the cell and threw themselves at it, bashing against the bars and swiping at the occupants. Korina stood staring at them while the bikers screamed and got away, huddling with each other. More monsters then came, pressing against the bars and trying to get at the imprisoned women. Korina looked up at the sides of the cell and saw signs that the frame was starting to give because of the weight pressed against it.

“Xanthe…”

“I want to see what these beasts do, first…”

“Are you fucking psychotic?! You’re going to let these things eat me?!”

“Just wait...We don’t know what we’re dealing with…”

“You. Are. Un-fucking-believable!”

***

“Heh,” Brute chuckled. She stood next to Sloan as the two of them stood at the window and watched the destruction. They could see Daggermaw in the distance, smoke rising all around the beast as he lay waste to Delta City. The walls shook as fighter jets flew in formation just above the building and Brute watched them disappear as they got closer to the battle.

“How long are we gonna give those cunts before we step in?” Brute asked.

Sloan looked at her watch. “Another 15 minutes. You remember your part, yes?”

“Yeah. Don’t you worry about me,” Brute told her.

Riot, Slate, and Umbra watched from the couch. Slate looked on with cold detachment while Umbra wrung her hands nervously.

“When are they going to send us out?” She asked in a whisper. “This has been going on long enough…”

“We need to wait a bit longer,” Slate said. “You know the plan.”

“Jesus Christ, this is so fucked…” Riot said. She suddenly turned around when she felt someone standing behind her. Meta Woman stared at the TV with her arms folded across her ample chest.

“You nervous?” she asked Riot.

“I’d be an idiot not to be,” Riot answered. “Look at that fucking thing!”

“Then stand back and I’ll handle it,” she said. “If those stupid cows can’t take the beast down, we’re up. You just stay out of my way. If I’m going to kill that monster, I’d rather not step in shit while I’m doing it.”

Riot growled and started to get up, but paused when she felt Slate grab her arm. With his urging, she sat back down.

Meta Woman smirked. “That goes for you two, as well,” she said to Slate and Umbra before walking away.

Riot watched her walked away. “The three of us can take that cunt, right?”

“Perhaps,” Slate said.

“Gonna keep a place on my wall for her head, right next to Superia’s…”

“This is hopeless...nothing’s working,” Delphi said, gripping the edges of her desk as she watched fighter jets and attack helicopters hit Daggermaw with everything they had. Tanks and artillery on the ground were doing the same, but nothing seemed to pierce the monster’s hide, and he turned the machines into scrap with blasts of energy and swipes of his massive claws. All around him, soldiers were in desperate battles with some of the smaller creatures that had converged.

A good chunk of downtown Delta City was in smoldering ruin, the monster’s rampaging was only getting worse, and nothing anyone was doing seemed to have any effect on it. “There has to be something we’re not seeing…” She took off her glasses and pinched the bridge of her nose.

Alexis walked up to her and put a hand on her shoulder. “I’m sure the girls will figure something out...worst case, maybe we can lure it out of the city and Cindy’s fire god thing can kill it…?”

“That would take too long and lead to too much destruction,” Delphi said. “Maybe we can call for help from heroines in other cities...some of them have teleporters and we can…”

“Ms. Carter,” Morgan spoke up.

“What is it?” Delphi turned.

“There’s a call for you...someone named Escher. He says he’s with Sentinel…”

Delphi raised her eyebrows and then turned. “Put it on the main screen.”

The image changed and Director Escher’s face filled the screen, his hands folded in front of him. He had a somber look in his eyes.

“Ms. Carter, good afternoon. I’m Samuel Escher, director of field operations for Sentinel.”

“You’re Agent Fox’s boss?” Delphi asked.

“I am,” Escher nodded. “As I’m sure you know, the situation with this creature is dire, and since Sentinel has been given operational oversight, the Pentagon has authorized me to do whatever is necessary to keep this beast from leaving Delta City.”

Delphi tightened her hands into fists. She knew she wasn’t going to like what came next.

“I need to be blunt with you, Ms. Carter. We don’t have anything in our occult department powerful enough to deal with this beast, so we need to deploy conventional weapons.”

“Nothing’s been working…”

“I know,” Escher said, pausing and breathing deep. “Which is why I’m exercising the nuclear option.”

Delphi’s heart skipped a beat. Morgan collapsed into her chair.

“Fuuuuck…” Alexis whispered, steadying herself on the nearest table.

“We cannot allow the creature to leave Delta City and roam as it pleases. I’ve already scrambled the planes carrying the warheads. They’re experimental weapons, but in the testing phase, the military referred to them as ‘city-killers’. I wish there were another way.”

“J-just wait!” Delphi said. “We can figure something else out!”

“I’ve instructed my staff to inform the authorities to get as many people in Delta City as possible into subway stations and building basements. I would advise you to get your team somewhere safe.” Escher took a deep breath. “I wish there were another way, Ms. Carter. The jets will be in Delta’s airspace in 10 minutes. Good luck to you.”

And then the call ended.

Delphi fell forward and caught herself on the desk.

“What do we do?” Alexis asked.

Delphi shuddered and then straightened her back. She turned to Alexis and Morgan. “There’s a nuclear shelter under this building. I want the two of you to go there, now. I’m going to tell the girls.”

“There’s no way everyone in the city will be able to get to safety,” Morgan said.

“I know!” Delphi snapped, fighting back tears.

Morgan jumped at her response.

“I’m sorry…” Delphi said. “...I know...but there’s nothing we can do. Go. Now!”

Alexis and Morgan froze and looked at each other. Morgan then grabbed her things to leave. Alexis gave Delphi a hug and followed Morgan out.

Delphi sniffed, swallowed to wet her dry throat. She then went to her comms.  “Ladies...I need you all to listen to me very carefully…”
