Superia #8: Annihilation pt. 1

“Good morning, all,” Sloan Adams said as she walked into the large, high-floor office. She took a sip of the steaming cup of coffee in her hand and looked around the room.

To her right was Slate, the man of stone, facing the window. He looked back and nodded. Next to Slate was Umbra, the shapeshifter. She nodded and gave Sloan a slight wave. Riot sat at a small table to the side, with a laptop in front of her.

On another couch, close to a large TV mounted to the wall, the two newest members of Sloan’s group, Brute and Mach 5, turned to her and nodded when she spoke.

“Where is Meta Woman?” Sloan asked.

“Late, as usual,” Riot said. “I have her on the tracker. She’s coming.”

“Very well. Is everyone ready for the big day?”

“I can’t believe we’re actually doing this,” Brute chuckled. “You think those idiots are up to the challenge?”

“I can’t say for certain, but we will find out,” Sloan said. “If they fail, you all remember your roles, correct?”

Her various agents all acknowledged her as she walked to the TV and took a seat on the couch next to Mach 5. “Very good.” She changed the channel on the television to a feed of Delta City Bay, brought to them by a drone that they controlled. A smile crossed her lips while she adjusted her glasses. “It’s a beautiful day to destroy a city,” she said before picking up her phone and dialing a number.

Slate and Umbra walked over to Riot and watched the monitor over her shoulder. Riot glanced at Sloan and the TV. “...This is fucked…” she whispered.

“Agreed…” Slate uttered.

Orla Adams walked out onto the deck of a small yacht wearing a skimpy bikini that barely contained her healthy curves. She wore a large straw hat and sunglasses and ate a plate of fruit. “It’s so nice out today.”

Lagoon sat on the edge of the boat and looked back when Orla appeared. “Can I get a grape, doc?”

Orla plucked a grape from her plate and threw it, and Lagoon caught it with his mouth.

Orla smiled and then turned and looked to see Sidra, where he stood at the stern of the ship. He held and ornate staff in hand and his robs flowed in the calm breeze. Orla sat on her lounge chair and continued eating when her phone flashed with a notification. She picked it up and read the message from her sister.

“Sidra, you’re up.”

Sidra looked back over his shoulder and nodded. He tapped his staff against the deck of the ship. Moments later, the waves shifted and a deep rumble came from beneath the water.

Orla smirked and sat back, enjoying her snack and the warm sun.

“Are you getting enough sleep?” Madeline Smith, the heroine known as Dr. Hope, asked Delphi as she sat across from her at the table at one of the team’s safe houses.

Delphi looked up from her laptop. “I’m fine, Madeline.”

Madeline sipped her coffee. “It seems to me like you’ve been burning the candle at both ends ever since Star City. Perhaps you want to relax for a bit?”

“I can’t,” Delphi told her. “Ever since we found out Brute and Mach 5 got broken out of that transport, I’ve been trying to find them. I know it has something to do with whatever this Panopticon thing is. I just know it.”

“You’ve already put out enough feelers, yeah? All you can do now is wait.”

“I know, but…” Delphi sighed. “I hate not knowing who we’re dealing with, Madeline.”

“I know, love. I know. Nothing else we can do right now. Don’t drive yourself crazy over this. Take the day off. All the other girls are out there, relaxing. No reason you can’t, right?”

Delphi looked at her and smiled, but continued working.

Prospect Beach was abuzz with activity typical for a late Saturday morning, but Lea Timu, the heroine known as Bombshell, had her back to the beach and was looking out in the horizon. She lay flat on her surfboard, paddling away from the beach.

Once she got a good distance away, she got her muscular legs under her and stood up, standing at her impressive 6-foot-4 height. The two piece bikini hugged her tanned curves, and she squatted low to keep her balance as the waves began to pick up. She kept her balance, carving through the water as she had done hundreds of times between her native Samoa and beaches all over America, and began getting farther away from the beach and other people. She then turned her board when something in the distance caught her eye and stopped, jumping into the water and pulling herself back up onto her board. She wiped the water out of her eyes and looked as a dark shape rose in the distant bay. Her heart skipped a beat when she realized what she was looking at.

“Oh shit...oh shit, oh shit, oh shit!!”

She then jumped back on her board and began paddling back to the beach as fast as her powerful arms allowed.

“Don’t fucking drop me, Naomi,” Alexis said to her friend, the heroine Superia, as the latter put Alexis on her shoulders.

“I’m not going to fucking drop you. Jesus!” Naomi scoffed. She gripped Alexis’ thick brown thighs once Alexis was seated and, with no effort, she lifted the woman in a textbook squat and then went up and down several times. As she did, several other people walking around Prospect Beach stopped and watched, some of them taking their cellphones and recording as Naomi effortlessly showed off her strength in lifting Alexis.

Alexis rested her tits on the top of Naomi’s head and blew kisses to the people watching. As this went on, people began counting as Naomi reached 50, then 60, then 70.

“Naomi! Alexis!” a voice screamed.

“What the hell…?” Naomi asked, looking around. She saw Lea darting through the crowd toward them.

“Everyone get off the beach!” Lea shouted as loud as she could.

“What the fuck is she doing?” Naomi asked, stopping her movement and keeping Alexis held up on her shoulders.

“Uh...Naomi…” Alexis said.

“Hey!” Naomi called to Lea when she was close. “What the hell’s gotten into you?”

“We need to go, now!” Lea said. “Get back to the Jeep!”

“What? Lea!” Naomi called to her, who took off in a run to her parked Jeep.

“Naomi…” Alexis said again. “What the fuck is that…?”

“What are you talking about?” Naomi looked up.

Alexis pointed and Naomi followed her finger to see some people running out of the water and onto the beach. Naomi’s jaw dropped and she put Alexis down.

“No way...no fucking way…” Naomi gasped at the distant sight. “You...you see it too, right Lex?”

“We should probably be following Lea,” Alexis said before taking Naomi’s hand and running.

The bell at the door of Hashira booksellers in Tokyotown chimed as the door opened and closed. Asa Miyazawa, the Iron Crane, looked from where she was straightening shelves to see a young Asian woman with short, dark hair, come in. The girl removed the messenger bag from her shoulder as she entered the store.

“Good morning, sensei,” the girl said with a smile.

“Good morning, Chiyo,” Asa said to her. “We haven’t much time before opening. The new release deliveries are in. I just need you to put out one box for now. We’ll restock as needed.”

“Yes, sensei,” Chiyo said with a nod. She put her bag on the counter and started to walk to the storeroom when her phone buzzed in her pocket. She looked at the device and froze. “S...sensei…”

Asa noted the tone in Chiyo’s voice and turned to her. “What is it?”

Chiyo rushed over and held up her phone.

Asa stared closely at what her pupil was showing her in shock. “Chiyo, lock the door when I leave and take shelter in the basement. Tell your father and brother to come here if they have nowhere safe to go,” Asa said before quickly running out.

“Alright, alright, Max. Calm down,” Rebecca Wilson, the green-skinned heroine named Thorn, said, as she fixed the leash to the collar of the brown beagle looking up at her and wagging his tail. “We’ll go for a walk.”

She and Max were near the front door of the North Hills animal rescue, and the building was alive with the barking of dogs. A small calico cat walked between Becky’s legs, rubbing against them before she scooped it up. “Gremlin, what are you doing out here?” She asked the cat before putting her on her head. She guided Max to the back of the building where she found some of the other volunteers tending to the animals.

“I found Gremlin wandering around out front,” Becky announced.

One of the other volunteers, and older woman with dark hair, took the cat from Becky’s head. “She’s always vanishing. Thanks, Becky.”

“I’m gonna take Max out and then I’ll come back and start feeding the birds.”

“Uh, Rebecca…” another worker said, this one a young woman.

Becky turned and looked up when she saw the girl pointing at a TV mounted to the wall.

“What...the...fuck is that…?” Becky gasped. “I...I gotta go!” she handed Max’s leash to the nearest person and ran out, taking her phone from her pocket as she went.

Orchestral battle music poured from the speakers as Cindy Callum, the heroine Blaze, clicked furiously on her computer. On the screen, four characters battled a dragon. A red-haired warrior woman with a sword, a blonde female knight with a sword and shield, a female orc carrying an axe, and a robed sorceress carrying a staff.

As Cindy’s characters used sword and spell to fight the fearsome beast, Cindy looked up at her webcam and then at her second monitor to the side.

“Oh hey, so, fun fact...I actually auditioned to voice the character Ava in this, that’s the knight girl,” she explained to the 3000 people watching her livestream. “I didn’t get it, but I know the girl who did. I still got work out of it though, doing additional voices. I think I ended up being a villager or a merchant or something.”

The redhead shifted in her seat and adjusted her tank top so her cleavage was visible for the camera. She then went back to the game and read some of the comments on the other monitor.

“Oh, yeah, so, I quit on-screen stuff years ago, but I do some voice acting sometimes. It’s fun. I never have to leave my apartment.”

She read more comments.

“Yup. Superhero, streamer, actress,” she grinned. “I do it all. Oh, I don’t livestream my superhero stuff because most of my teammates would kick my ass if I did. Iron Crane’s super camera shy, so’s Mantis. Superia? No, she curses too much, she might get me banned. Oh yeah, there’s a new girl. I haven’t met her yet. But...” she stopped when she saw she had a phone call. “Oh, it’s Becky!”

She picked it up and answered. “Hey Bex! Whoa! Calm down...Giant mon- What are you talking about?” She clicked over to a news site on her second monitor.

“Oh….oh, that’s not good…Sorry, guys, I gotta go!” She then ended her stream and closed the game before running out of her room, making sure to grab her necklace as she went.

“Get back here!”

“Shit, shit, shit!” Korina Mara said to herself as she darted across the trainyard with a backpack on her back. She jumped over a low concrete barrier and kept going, looking back to see the two cops were still on her. “Fuck! Why couldn’t they be fat cops?!”

“Why couldn’t you find a better creative outlet than putting graffiti on something that isn’t yours?” A voice in her head said.

“Shut up, Xanthe! Help me out here!”

“No. You’re a criminal, perhaps you need to be punished.”

Korina growled and kept running. She ducked between two train cars and kept going. When she could hear but not see the cops behind her, she climbed into an open train car and hid in its shadows. She held her breath and listened closely, noting the cops running past her. She waited a bit longer and then poked her head out. She climbed out of the train car and looked around before exhaling.

“I lost them,” she chuckled. “The cops in this city are relentless!” She then started walking away and paused when a cop stepped out from behind one train car and blocked her path. “Crap!” She turned to go the other way only for the other cop to block that path.

“Well, shit…” Korina said, putting her hands up as the cops approached her and one of them took out a pair of cuffs.

“I’m surprised. You went three whole weeks living in this new city before you got arrested.”

“Shut. Up. Xanthe.”

“It is too early for this,” Veronica Chambers, the heroine Mantis, said with a yawn as she looked around the room a Delta City’s social elite. There were several high-level politicians, business owners, and social movers all gathered in a luxury suite in one of the city’s prominent hotels, chatting, partaking in free pastries and coffee, and shaking hands as they made deals that shaped the city.

“Veronica Chambers,” a voice said as someone walked up next to her. She turned to see a tall, thin blonde with sharp features wearing a stylish purple outfit and clutching a small purse. “I didn’t think I’d find you here.”

“Olivia Kelly,” Veronica said to the woman. “Doesn’t your company have an orphanage to bulldoze?”

Olivia put on a fake smile. “Sharp tongue as always, Veronica. Did your daddy’s money pay for that wit, too?”

“No, I developed that on my own. I didn’t have to spend my time chasing my father around the world while he banged anything with a vagina, after all.”

Olivia narrowed her eyes at Veronica and then chuckled. “You shouldn’t wear your contempt for our world so openly, Veronica. Look around you, we are the masters of the universe. This is all our domain. Better to have it than not, no?”

“All I see are a bunch of bored assholes who can barely tie their own shoelaces. I’m only here so I don’t have to field any questions later about why I skipped.”

Olivia crept closer to Veronica and put a hand on her shoulder. “Well if you’re so full of contempt this morning, maybe there’s a way to redirect that energy?”

Moments later, the two of them, tongues tied and arms wrapped around each other, barged into the women’s bathroom. It was empty and they were all over each other. Veronica had a hand down Olivia’s pants and Olivia had Veronica’s tit in hand as the two of them continued making out.

Veronica grabbed Olivia by her thighs and lifted her onto the sink. Olivia wrapped her legs around Veronica’s waist and the two of them never broke their kissing as Veronica worked to undo  Olivia’s pants.

Olivia pulled back, biting Veronica’s bottom lip. “My, my Ms. Chambers. You are full of energy this fine morning.”

“I skipped my morning run. I’m gonna have to redirect that somewhere,” Veronica laughed as she kissed Olivia on her neck while getting her pants unbuttoned. Olivia undid her blouse and Veronica planted kisses on her ample chest and her stomach before getting down to the woman’s snatch. Olivia leaned back on the sink, spreading her long, thin legs as Veronica dove in, licking and sucking.

Olivia gasped, grabbing a head full of Veronica’s dark hair and arching her back as she gasped in pleasure when Veronica sucked on her clit. Veronica then buried her face, pushing her tongue in and out and, lapping up Olivia’s taste. She dug her nails into the skin of Olivia’s thighs, pushed her face deeper in, and both women moaned as a wave of pleasure washed over him. Olivia put her legs over Veronica’s shoulders and breathed. Her nipples were erect under her lace bra, she put one hand up on the wall next to her, and she bit her lip.

“F...fuck!” Olivia cried out.

Just then, the door to the bathroom opened and a petite woman in her 20s, wearing business dress with dark brown hair tied in a bun walked in, carrying a cell phone.

“Ms. Chambers,” the woman said without hesitation.

Veronica lifted her head, her chin slick with Olivia’s wetness. “What is it, Morgan?”

“You should see this,” Morgan Mueller, Veronica’s personal assistant, said while holding out the phone. She pushed her eyeglasses up on her face.

Veronica looked her over and then took the phone. She read the page Morgan had open and then stood up. “Huh. Have the car brought around, Morgan.”

“Yes ma’am,” Morgan nodded. “Apologies for the interruption, Ms. Kelly,” she said before leaving.

“No worries at all, Morgan,” Olivia said with a smile.

Veronica grabbed a paper towel and wiped her face. “You should find shelter. We’ll finish this later,” she said before walking out.

Olivia watched her go, her naked chest still heaving. She then leaned against the wall and exhaled as Veronica briskly walked out the bathroom.

It was a quiet morning at The Phoenix Feather, one of a few dozen hidden magic shops that called Delta City home, when a portal opened in the center.

Marigold, the shop’s proprietor, looked up from her magazine when a tall woman with braided, dark brown hair and blue robes with a plunging neckline that showed the tattoos of script inked into her skin walked through.

Thera, the sorceress, looked around the shop and smiled when she saw Marigold.

“Hey there, Thera. Long time, no see,” Marigold said. She walked from behind the counter and her large, translucent wings fluttered as she hovered over to the sorceress. The two of them hugged before the fairy backed away and looked Thera over. “You’re looking well. What brings you down?”

“Hello, Marigold,” Thera said to her old friend. “I just needed to stretch my legs, get out of Providence for a while. “Mathias has our son for the time being, so I thought I would come down, see my friends.”

“Well, it’s good to see you, lady,” Marigold said, fluttering her wings and sitting on the counter. “Your friends, the Aphrodites, have been busy since you were last here.”

“Have they? I was planning on seeing them after I left here. How have you been?”

“Oh, no complaints. I just got back from picking up a fresh batch of dragon bone from a supplier. Do you need some?”

“I could use some, yes,” Thera said as she began looking around the shop. “Do you have any Naga scale, by chance? I’m having a hard time getting any.”

“Yeah, no, the Nagas are being jerks, withholding their scales when they shed. It’s a long story,” Marigold said as she flew to a high shelf and began going through boxes. “Want me to put on some tea? I still have some of that blend you like.”

“Yes, that would be-”

They both paused and looked up as a chill ran through the air of the shop. Then they turned and looked at each other.

“What in the planes is that…?” Marigold asked, her skin suddenly paler as a cold sweat ran down her forehead.

“Whatever it is, it is not good…” Thera said.

“It looks like you arrived at just the right time, lady.”

“Indeed,” Thera nodded. “I’ll have to take a rain check on the tea, but hold that Dragon Bone for me,” Thera said before summoning a portal and going through it.

Marigold watched her go and then collapsed onto the counter and caught her breath. “By the powers...whatever that is, this city is in trouble…”

III

The heroines were all gathered, glued to the images on the television. Alexis and Morgan were also there, in the back of the crowd. They were all so captivated that no one looked away when the air surged with electricity before Thera’s portal opened and she came through.

Every channel showed the same image, an overview of Delta City as a massive, scaly beast, easily dwarfing just about any building in the city, made its way across the bay and toward the shoreline. The creature had six glowing red eyes on his head and walked upright, with a thick, spiked tail behind it. Its hands ended in claws and its mouth was full of massive, razor sharp teeth. News helicopters and drones stayed out of its path as it continued, unmolested, toward Delta City.

“So…” Naomi was the first to speak. “First of all, what the fuck is it?” She looked around, but no one had an explanation. She then looked back. “Thera! Holy shit, where’d you come from?”

Thera waved to the others. “Hello, friends. It’s good to see everyone again. I wish it were under better circumstances.”

“Is that creature magic-based?” Delphi asked her.

“I can’t say…” Thera said, stepping forward and watching the TV. “A powerful force definitely shrouds it, but I’d have to get closer to discern its nature…”

“So we have to fight it?” Bombshell asked.

“….How?!” Thorn spoke up. “How in the everloving fuck are we supposed to fight that?!”

“It is a living creature, and thus has a weakness like any other,” Asa said. “We just need to find it.”

“That creature is going to cause untold devastation if we don’t stop it,” Madeline spoke. “So many people injured or killed…”

“Shouldn’t Fox and Sentinel be dealing with this?” Cindy asked.

“I talked to Agent Fox. They’re scrambling now,” Delphi said. “Still, we need to work with them and local law enforcement. I imagine the national guard will be deployed as well. Sentinel will have operational oversight. We’ll supplement.”

Naomi sighed. “We’re gonna have to pull a miracle out of our asses on this one, y’all.” She then looked around. “Where’s the kid? Did anyone call her?”

“Who?” Cindy blinked.

“She means Korina,” Delphi answered. “Many of you haven’t met her yet. I wasn’t able to reach her. We’ll have to do this without her for now.” She picked up a small box and had everyone gather around before she opened it to reveal several small, black communication studs. “Everyone take one and put it in your ear so we’ll be able to communicate. I’m putting drones in the air so I can see. I’ll be here coordinating with help from Madeline, as well as Alexis and Ms. Mueller. The rest of you suit up. We have a city to save.”

***

“So…” Naomi said, taking off her tank top. Her tits spilled out as she opened her locker to get her costume. “We don’t have a giant robot or anything just collecting dust, right?”

“Sadly, no,” Veronica said. “I’m going to be honest with you all, we’ve never dealt with anything like this before. I have no clue how this is going to play out.”

Thera sat on the bench with her staff at her side. “Creatures that size simply shouldn’t exist any more. There are stories, very old ones, about creatures like that but, I always thought they were just that…”

Becky looked at Thera from behind the open door of her locker. “Can’t you just teleport it away somewhere?”

“If I could, I would,” Thera answered. “A spell to move something that massive requires a lot of power and prep time. I’m not even sure it would work, depending on what it is that compels the beast. The best I can do is try to contain it, but even that is going to take some work.”

Cindy was naked except her panties as she grabbed her outfit. “What about Nocturne? Maybe she can take it out?”

“I haven’t talked to Nocturne since the last time I was here,” Thera said. “I have no idea where she even is right now.”

Asa already had her black and white kimono on and was loading pouches on her waist with various ninja tools. “If we can pierce the beast’s skin, perhaps we can target the organs.”

“Yeah, but how much you want you wanna bet that not even a missile can break that thing’s hide?” Lea said. She stretched her muscular arms over her head. Her one-piece costume was only half on, with the top hanging around her thick waist. She looked across the locker room and saw Rebecca quickly look away when she saw her staring.

Cindy had her costume, a skimpy red bikini, on and was lacing up her boots. The necklace around her neck glowed. “Adros says he thinks he can damage the monster, but not without burning half the city, too.”

“Well, we should avoid that,” Veronica said, fastening her cape.

“God, I wish Star Woman was still here,” Becky said. “Shit, even Scarlet would be a big help.”

“Fuck that bitch,” Lea said. “But yeah...Star Woman would be a huge help right now. What’s the deal with this new girl?”

Naomi paused when she realized everyone was looking at her. “Oh, so, she doesn’t have any powers herself, but she turns into this ancient Aphrodite that she’s descended from or something,” Naomi shrugged.

“Interesting…” Thera said. “I’ve encountered Aphrodites like that before. They’re not to be trifled with. What’s her name? The archives at Providence might mention her.”

“Zen...Zon...Some Greek name that starts with a Z,” Naomi said. “Sorry, I can’t remember. She and the kid have a weird relationship.”

“If what Thera said about her powers is true, we should prioritize finding her,” Veronica said while slipping her mask on.

“She’s probably still asleep,” Naomi said. “She’s a heavy sleeper.”

“Where does she live?” Asa asked.

Naomi shrugged. “She crashed on my couch for a week after we got back from Star City, but then she packed her stuff and left, saying she found her own place. Don’t worry. We’ll figure something out.”

“Everyone,” Delphi’s voice came in over the studs. Some of the girls were still only half dressed. “The monster has made landfall. It looks like it’s heading downtown.”

Superia zipped up her suit, adjusting her tits in the fabric. “All right, bitches. Showtime.”

***

“The drones are all airborne, Ms. Carter,” Morgan announced, standing in front of a monitor.

“Okay,” Delphi said, looking at Alexis, Morgan, and Madeline. “We just need to stand by and monitor for now. Give our girls any guidance they need. Thera is going to portal them into the creature’s path and they’re going to hopefully slow it down, giving Sentinel and everyone else time to coordinate and evacuate people.”

“Delphi,” Alexis called out. “Be honest...what are the chances they can stop that thing?”

Delphi sighed and shook her head. “I don’t know. At this point, we don’t even know if we can even hurt it.”

“What are you saying?”

Madeline put a hand on Alexis’ shoulder. “It means that our job may be to stall it so Sentinel can come up with something.”

“That’s it? But Naomi and the others are putting their lives on the line. We can’t just…”

“Alexis, please…” Delphi said. “We need to focus on helping them whatever way we can. This is likely to be the hardest thing any of them have done. They need our support.”

Alexis took a deep breath. “Right...sorry. I get it.”

Delphi nodded. “We’re going to get through this.”

“Ms. Carter,” Morgan looked up from her screen. “The team is ready to move.”

***

Korina exhaled and stared up at the bright lights of the jail cell while swinging her legs from the bench. “Well this sucks.”

“Having to deal with the consequences of your bad choices usually does, child.”

Korina ignored Xanthe and looked around the cell. On the other end were a small group of rough looking women, bikers judging by their leather vests and tattoos. One of them, a big woman with short, dark hair, stared directly at Korina.

“How’s it going?” Korina said to her, to no answer.

“You should not lower your guard around those women.”

“Yeah, no shit,” Korina whispered. “It’s a shame I can’t, you know, turn into a human tank and just bust out of here.”

“I will not help you escape. You need to learn a lesson from this.”

Korina sighed and laid down on the bench. “You are such an asshole, Xanthe. Whatever, I’ll see a judge and they’ll recog me in a few hours, like always. Might as well rest.”

“It’s Saturday. The courts are closed.”

“What?! Shit!”

“Who are you talking to, meat?”

Korina rolled over and looked up to see the biker women standing over her.

“Get up.”

“God dammit…” Korina groaned.

Agent Fox tightened the last strap on her tactical armor, popping her bubblegum as she did. She then checked the chamber on her handgun and holstered it just as a call came in on the computer terminal in her room. She pressed the button to put the call through.

“Director Escher, we’re just about to move out. We’ve already coordinated with law enforcement. Delphi’s team is on the move, too.”

Director Escher sat at his desk with his fingers steepled in front of him. “You have all of the organization’s resources at your disposal, Agent Fox. I’ve just got done speaking with the Pentagon. Troops are on the way too. You have operational command as the Senior Agent in the city.”

“What do we know about the creature?”

“Very little,” Escher admitted. “I’m having the archives searched to find anything we might have on a creature like this, but nothing on this scale has been seen in centuries. Your objective right now is to mitigate the loss of life. Deploy whatever assets you deem necessary.”

Fox picked up an assault rifle and loaded a magazine before chambering a round. “Understood, sir.”

“Good hunting, Agent Fox.”

***

“Fuck me…” Superia gasped.  “It’s bigger than I thought.”

“Haha, that’s what she said,” Blaze joked. Bombshell snickered and so did Mantis, while Iron Crane sighed and shook her head.

“Now is not the time, Cindy!” Thorn said.

“What? Bex, you really don’t know me if you think I’m letting a good dick joke go to waste.”

“Yeah, come on, Shorty,” Superia said. “Don’t be so stiff.”

Blaze burst into laughter.

“You two are fucking children...” Thorn pointed. “We have a giant MONSTER to deal with!”

“All right, settle down,” Mantis told them.

The team all stood together, in an empty city street nestled between skyscrapers on the edge of Delta City and looked ahead as the titan pushed forward. Its footsteps made the ground shake, and as it passed by buildings, its bulk made glass shatter and concrete crumble.

Helicopters flew overhead but the beast ignored them as they got close.

Mantis stepped ahead of the group and looked at the monster before turning to everyone else. “Okay, everyone knows the plan, right? Thera is going to go downtown where the creature is heading and trap it in an immobilization spell, but she has to set up the wards all over the city first so they direct the energy she needs for the spell. That way we at least keep it contained. We’re going to buy her as much time as we can to set up. Throw everything we have at this thing, got it? If we can make it chase us, even better.”

Superia cracked her knuckles. “Don’t any of you go and get eaten. I’m not sifting through monster shit, looking for your asses.”

“Ew,” Blaze gagged.

“Disgusting…” Iron Crane scoffed.

“Good luck everyone,” Thera said before stepping back through her portal.

“Okay, now to get its attention…” Mantis said. “Here’s what we’ll do: Me, Crane, and Blaze will attack high. Thorn, Superia, Bombshell, you’ll go low.” She turned to the team. “Then we can…” she paused. “Where’s Bombshell?”

The others all pointed and Mantis turned around.

Bombshell had run ahead of the others and stopped at a parked SUV. She knelt down and grabbed underneath, flexing her toned muscles and shapely brown thighs as she lifted the vehicle over her head.

“Haha, go girl!” Superia laughed.

With a grunt of effort, Bombshell launched the vehicle through the air and landed a hit right on the beast’s snout. It grunted as the car smacked into its face, crumpled and fell. It then fixed its eyes in their direction and snarled.

“Well, looks like we’re off to the races,” Blaze said, summoning a fireball.

“Be safe, everyone,” Mantis said, taking out her grappling gun and firing it at a nearby roof. She then swung away from them, toward the creature.

“Ahh, this would be such a cool thing to livestream,” Blaze said, propelling herself forward with jets of fire.

Iron Crane looked at Superia and Thorn. “If enough of us attack at once, the monster might not know how to respond. Come,” she said before running off to join the fight.

Superia stretched an arm across her ample chest. “Nervous, Shorty?”

“Yes!” Thorn said. “How are you so calm? You’re all crazy!”

“Better to die a hero, right?” Superia chuckled, slapping Thorn on her ass. “Really, though. I’ve got you. Stick close. I’m not gonna let shit happen to you.” She then took after after Crane.

Thorn watched them all and grumbled. “I’d rather not die at all…” she said before running to join her friends.

The next few minutes were a frantic flurry of attacks as the heroines threw everything they had at the beast. Mantis used her grappling gun and managed to make it onto the creature’s back. She planted a disc, a small explosive, where she landed and swung away. An explosion powerful enough to destroy a steel door did absolutely nothing to the thing’s hide.

Likewise when Bombshell launched herself forward with a powerful leap and hit the beast with a light post she tore from the concrete. She struck at the legs of the monster with several powerful swings, cursed, and evaded when the monster nearly stepped on her.

As the beast continued on, a large, thick vine pushed its way from underground and snaked around its leg. Thorn stood back, commanding the plant while Superia ran past  her, up the plant and threw a dropkick at the beast’s legs that only made her bounce back.

“Shit!” She growled, and rolled back before she fell off the plant. Bombshell caught her in her arms before she hit the ground. “Hmm, this isn’t so bad,” Superia said, fondling Bombshell’s muscles.

Bombshell narrowed her eyes and dropped Superia on her ass. “Nothing we’re doing is working.”

“Yeah, no shit,” Superia said, getting up. The beast stepped over them, shaking off the vine that tied its leg up and Superia stepped back. “Hey!” she yelled to Bombshell. “Launch me!”

“What?”

“Launch me up, as high as you can! I’m gonna to try and hit it in the head.”

“You have lost your fucking mind,” Bombshell said. She then knelt down and cupped her hands.

Superia stepped into Bombshell’s hands and the big woman grunted with effort and put every ounce of her strength behind the throw. Superia hollered as she rocketed through the air, several dozen feet up and towards the upper part of the monster’s back. When she started coming down, she tried to control her fall, the wind whipping around her as she came down on its scaly back. She slid and quickly reached out, grabbing a spiky protrusion to keep from falling any more. After catching her breath, she began to climb.

Blaze launched herself upward, using jets of fire to get up higher. Every few feet, she aimed jets of fire at the monster, but the flames did nothing. When the flames launched her back, she used her momentum to get higher as she went up the monster’s side. She propelled herself near the monster’s shoulder and reached for one of the spikes poking out. She grabbed hold with one hand, swinging from it until she managed to grab on with her other hand and then she grunted and pulled herself up.

Just as she did, she noticed a thin glint in the morning light and looked up to see a kunai dagger attached to a thin line wrapped around another spike. When she followed it back, she saw Iron Crane climbing the line. She reached Blaze moments later and Blaze helped her up onto her perch on the monster’s massive shoulder.

“Welcome, welcome, Asa,” Blaze grinned.

“This monster’s hide is impenetrable,” Crane said.

“Yeah,” Blaze agreed. “It doesn’t even know we’re attacking it.” She then looked up at the thing’s massive head as it scanned the city in front of it. She then summoned a fireball on her right hand. “But…”

Crane looked up as Blaze threw the fireball and hit the monster in the eye. The beast shuddered and roared and both women nearly lost their footing until Crane grabbed her line with one hand and Blaze by the clasp of her bikini top with the other. The fabric stretched, exposing Blaze’s tits.

Blaze sighed. “Whoa...Thanks, Asa.”

Crane nodded and looked back up. “We need to attack its eyes.”

“That’s it,” Delphi’s voice came in over the stud in her ear. “Everyone. Hit the eyes!”

“Wait!” Blaze exclaimed. “Asa!”

Crane turned around just as she suddenly felt Blaze’s weight lift from the hand she was using to hold her bikini top. Crane saw she was holding a torn, red piece of fabric. “Oh, dear…”

“Shit!” Blaze screamed as she spiraled through the air, her tits out and the wind whipping around her. She curled herself into a ball to stop her uncontrolled descent and then spread out her arms and legs before bringing her hands together and launching another ball of fire that sent her back up.

“Red!” a voice called out. “Over here!”

Blaze turned to see Superia, hanging from the monster’s back with her arm extended. She launched herself in that direction and grabbed Superia’s arm when she came down. She grabbed hold of another spike and began climbing with Superia.

“This is starting to get annoying,” Blaze said.

“Well, if you die, at least your tits look great,” Superia said.

“What?” Blaze said before looking down and realizing she was topless. “UGH!”

*

Farther up, Iron Crane held her line and looked at the torn bikini top. She looked down and saw Blaze correct and reach Superia. She then nodded and tossed the garment before taking three shuriken from her belt. She held them between her fingers and launched them all, hitting the beast in the eye.

The beast roared and shook its head, and Crane held tight as it movements made her swing. When it stopped, Crane looked up as Mantis swung to her and landed next to her.

“Good work, Asa,” Mantis said. “Now we just have to…what the hell is that?”

Crane turned around when Mantis pointed and saw long, narrow, spindly legs emerging from the monster’s hide. The were soon followed by a body, oblong with six eyes and a mouth of fangs. The legs then moved like serpents, causing Crane and Mantis to realize that the legs were actually tentacles. The creature’s eyes fixed on the heroines, and when they looked back, they noticed more, identical creatures emerging.

“Dammit,” Mantis cursed. “Everyone, be advised: This creature is spawning smaller ones. Stay alert.” Mantis then went into her utility belt and took out a collapsible baton. Iron Crane took out a pair of kunai daggers and prepared to face the creatures down alongside Mantis.

*

“Dammit, do you see anything, Red?” Superia asked.

“No, I...shit! Naomi!”

Superia looked around and then in front as tentacles snaked out of the monster’s back and wrapped around her. “Fuck!” She screamed, trying to fight the new threat off as it enveloped her. “Fuck, fuck, fucking fuck!” she continued screaming as the full creature emerged and they both plummeted from the titan’s back and to the ground below.

“Naomi!” Blaze screamed as she watched her friend fall to the ground. Just then, she felt sinuous, cold, slippery muscle grabbing her leg. Another then emerge, snaking across her naked tits while a third grabbed one of her arms. She called up a spark of fire and burned it off, but more tentacles emerge, and soon Blaze found herself in the exact same situation as one of the creatures emerged, wrapped her up, and then jumped from the monster’s back and to the ground below.

*

“Shit!” Bombshell cursed as she looked up. As the beast passed over her, seemingly dozens of the tentacled fiends were emerging from all over its body and falling to the ground. She braced herself, ready to fight as several came right to her, only for a thick, green canopy to shield her.

Thorn, hanging from the underside of the roots she called forth, dropped down next to Bombshell.

“Thanks, Becky,” Bombshell smiled, slapping her on the shoulder.

Thorn blushed and looked away.

One of the creatures hit the ground and rolled over. It looked right at them, let out a shriek and ran at them. Bombshell yelled and charged, and punched the creature hard enough to smash its head into the street. She looked up just in time to have two more of them on her. She tried to fight, but they moved quickly and erratically, grabbing her limbs and forcing her to the ground.

“Get off of me!” Bombshell growled furiously as the two held her down, their tendrils sliding over her body and tugging at her costume. The creatures hissed as they tore at the fabric of her costume, and soon the big woman was at their mercy, the top of her costume ripped to shreds as she mustered her strength to shake them off. She smashed a fist into one’s face, knocking it back and pulled against the tendrils on her arms to grab another by its head and grind her thumbs into its eyes. The monster trashed in her grip and and tried to get away but Bombshell held one tight and kept squeezing.

“Strip my clothes off, huh?!” she growled and squeezed until something popped and the beast stopped its thrashing. She then dropped the lifeless body at her feet and turned to the other three that had been keeping their distance. Her naked, brown chest heaved as she looked at them and wiped some of the dead creature’s fluid off of her while peeling its tentacles off her tits. More of the creatures continued falling from the titan’s hide.

“All right, cunts...which one of you is next?” Bombshell asked.

Thorn watched Bombshell in awe and felt herself grow just slightly wet between the legs. She then snapped to attention when she heard screeching behind her and remembered that she had four of the creatures tangled in vines that she summoned. More of them were coming toward her, and she quickly removed a small handful of seeds from the pouch on her waist and threw them at the ground. The seeds quickly sprouted into a trio of carnivorous plants that attacked the creatures. As they redirected their attention on their new targets, Thorn turned back around to see Bombshell still fighting. She had one creature by the throat and another in a headlock, but more were swarming her.

“There are too many of them! Where the hell is everyone else?!” she said to herself. She called forth more roots to ensnare the creatures attacking Bombshell, unaware that the swarm behind her was chewing through her plants and coming toward her.

*

Mantis smacked two attacking creatures away with her collapsible bo staff while Iron Crane kept them at bay with a weighted chain she pulled from her pouch.

“They just keep coming,” Crane said.

“I know,” Mantis confirmed as the two of them stood back to back. They were standing on the creature’s broad head as it continued moving through the city. They were surrounded on all sides and more of the creatures were still emerging from under the titan’s hide.  “We can’t stay here. They’ll overwhelm us if we do.”

“Agreed,” Crane said, putting another of the creatures down when it lunged at them.

“Everyone listen,” Mantis said into the comm while still fighting. “Withdraw, get to high ground. We need to regroup.”

She and Crane then looked at each other and nodded before running in opposite directions, throwing themselves at the creatures. Mantis used her bo to vault over them, barely avoiding grasping claws and reaching tentacles. She launched herself off the monster’s back and took out her grappling gun. She fired it at the nearest building and swung away.

Crane swung her chain in an arc. The ball-shaped weight on the end of it sprouted blades at her command and cut through several of the creatures while others withdrew in surprise, giving her a path. She jumped off the monster’s head with a push of her powerful legs and cleared the distance to a nearby rooftop. The creatures pursued, several of them making the jump while many fell short and plummeted to the street below. Crane landed, tumbled, and got back to her feet, only to turn and be caught by surprise by the creatures that made the jump. She gasped as one tackled her to the ground and several others swarmed once she was pinned.

Clawed hands and tentacles pulled and tore at her kimono, exposing her body and she felt several tentacles at once grasping at her tits and thighs. One of the creatures grabbed her ankles and pulled her legs apart while another tried to get between her legs, snaking underneath her panties. Crane counted four of the creatures she was desperately trying to fight off as they tried to immobilize her. She pulled one hand free, gasping as a tentacle slid between her legs and penetrated her and began pumping her.

She bit back the sensation, trying to focus despite the fact that she had several of the beasts on her. Even as the monsters toyed with her tits, tightened their hold on her thighs, and began wrapping around her neck and tugging at her half-mask to get at her mouth, Iron Crane fought back. Finally, she managed to activate the blade hidden under her left sleeve and stabbed one of the creatures right in its eyes.

It screeched and jumped back, thrashing around and the other monsters moved away in confusion. Crane used the distraction to get away, but not before going in her pouch and dropping something. When the monsters regrouped, the looked down and eyed the object curiously, right until the fuse burned into the small sphere and it exploded.

Crane stood on the edge of the rooftop, watching the fire consume the monsters. She then looked down at her exposed tits, pulling her kimono tight around her chest before she leapt off the roof.

*

“Fucking gross!” Superia said, looking at the ichor on her hands and tits. She felt it dripping from her face too and looked down at the creature that had grabbed her. It lay on the street, splattered from the impact when it hit the ground underneath her. She groaned and shook her hands off as best she could before turning and seeing more of the monsters on the ground. “Anyone got a plan for dealing with these fucking things?!” she called over the comms. She jumped at the sound of an explosion of flame and looked up the street to see a burst of fire, followed by another.

“Just kill as many as you can!” Blaze said over the comms.

Superia looked back at the titan as it continued on its path. It was still spawning the smaller creatures, and they were spreading in every direction. “Fuuuuck…” she groaned. “We are losing control of this situation, girls!”

Two of the creatures in front of her charged and she ran to meet them head on. When one leapt, Superia dodged to the side at the last moment and grabbed one of its tentacles. She then swung it around, into the other and sent them both flying. As more of them came, Superia jumped and came down on another, smashing its head with both fists before throwing punches at more of them.

*

Thorn stood in the center of a cage of thick vines with many of the creatures entangled in them.  She eyed one of them in particular, and noted that it was slightly larger than the others. This creature also had chitinous plates on its back and head that were dark red in color. “Wait a minute…” Thorn said. She then commanded her plants to grab it and twist, breaking every bone in its body. When the monster fell dead, the others screeched in pain and some began attacking each other as the local swarm fell into disarray.

“That’s it!” Thorn beamed. “Guys, listen. I think these things are operating on a swarm intelligence, but there are control animals in the localized groups.”

God dammit, Shorty, speak English!” Superia yelled.

She’s saying there are leaders in the individual packs,” Delphi interrupted. “Thorn, does killing them disrupt the others?”

Yeah! It throws them into disarray. They start attacking each other. There must be some kind of synaptic transmission that gets broken, so they can’t...”

“Shorty! We don’t have time for the nerd shit!” Superia said.

“What do these control creatures look like?” Mantis asked.

“Red plates on the head and back. They’re a little bigger, too.”

“Good job, Bex!” Cindy cheered.

“Nice one, Becky. Kill the big ones, girls!” Bombshell said.

Thorn grinned, pleased with herself, and then jumped and screamed as more creatures swarmed her protective cage, clawing at the surface to try and get in.

*

“Excellent work, Rebecca…” Delphi said, watching the situation on the monitors via the drones on the scene. “Alexis. Relay what we’ve just learned to Sentinel.”

“Got it.”

“Morgan, I want you to command a drone and collect a DNA sample from one of the dead creatures and bring it back here. Try to get one of the control creatures if you can. Maybe we can learn more about these things,” Delphi then said.

“Understood.”

Delphi watched the screens, focusing on the titan as it continued its rampage. It was represented by a massive dot that slowly moved across a map of the city. Seemingly hundreds of black dots, the smaller creatures, covered the ground in the titan’s wake, and the six heroines were represented by green dots, surrounded in a sea of black.

“Anisa,” Madeline called out to her. “What’s happening?”

Delphi looked back as Madeline stepped from behind her monitor and walked up to her side, pointing. Delphi then turned back around and she began to notice it too. The black dots on the screen were dispersing, spreading out, away from the titan and into other parts of the city.

“Oh no…”

*

“What the hell?” Bombshell asked herself as she snapped one creature’s jaw. She saw the swarm in front of her disappearing into side streets, fleeing the area and converging around the titan before breaking off into new swarms and leaving.

Thorn lowered her cage and joined Bombshell. “Are they retreating?”

Mantis swung down from a building, her bo staff slick with ichor and her own costume shredded, exposing her fit, toned body. “I don’t think they are…”

While they all stood around, dumbstuck, Iron Crane appeared and joined them. Moments later, Blaze and Superia joined the group. Superia was covered in scratches and all of the heroines except Thorn already had ruined costumes.

“What the fuck are they doing?” Superia asked.

They’re spreading around the city…” Delphi announced. “The big one’s path hasn’t changed...but the smaller ones...they’re going everywhere.”

“What are we gonna do?!” Blaze asked the others.

“We gotta split up,” Superia said. “Take as many of the fuckers as we can and hope Thera’s spell on the big one works.”

“Each of us is going to have to fight a bunch of those things by ourselves?!” Thorn gasped. “There’s gotta be another way!”

“She’s right. We can’t let these things run wild,” Mantis said. “Until Thera’s spell locks that monster down, we’re on containment duty. Everyone split, look for the control creatures, and target them. Link up with Sentinel, the cops, and the Guard if you see them. Go,” she said before taking her grappling gun and swinging away.

“I will go toward Tokyotown,” Iron Crane said before running off.

“I can’t believe this is my life sometimes…” Thorn sighed. “Try not to die, all right?” She said to the others. She then called up thick vines that completely enveloped her. They then pulled her underground and she moved away from the scene.

Blaze looked down at her bare tits. “I wonder if I have time to swing by my place and get a spare costume…” she then shot up into the air with jets of flame and took.

Superia and Bombshell stood in the empty street among the dead creatures, and looked around.

“All right, I’ll head toward downtown in case Thera needs a hand,” Superia said. “Fuck, I just wanted to go to the beach today.”

“Who are you telling?” Bombshell said. “Fucking thing ruined my surfing,” she growled. She then sighed. “Maybe some of these soldiers who got called in are hot?”

Superia grinned and punched her in the shoulder. “Now you’re talking!” She then grabbed Bombshell’s exposed tits. “Just give the one you like a face full of these beauties and you’ll have him eating out the palm of your hand...and other things.”

Bombshell smacked her hands away and shook her head, suppressing a laugh. “Good luck out there,” she said before leaping away.

Superia watched her go and then turned in the general direction of downtown Delta City before running off.

Sloan stood at the large window of her office, cup of coffee in her hand as she watched the creature move across the city in the distance. She turned when someone approached her, a muscular man in a suit and sunglasses.

“Yes, Mr. Barrett?” Sloan asked her.

“Your sister, ma’am,” Mr. Cain Barrett, Sloan’s bodyguard, said, holding out a cellphone.

Sloan took. “Thank you.” After Mr. Barrett left, Sloan raised the phone to her ear. “Are you watching this?”

“Oh, I am,” Orla said on the other end. “We’ll see if these dumb cows are truly up to the task.”

“Meta Woman is on standby if not,” Sloan assured her. “How are things in the Bay?”

“Tranquil,” Orla answered. “I’m working on my tan and Lagoon is is excellent masseuse. I’m calling because Sidra wants to join the battlefield now that his little pet has spawned its helpers.”

“He has the floor,” Sloan told her sister.

*

Orla smirked and hung up the phone. She then turned to Sidra and nodded.

“It is time to see if these modern Aphrodites are worthy of their legacy,” Sidra said before vanishing in a flash of light.

Lagoon sat straddled on Orla’s back while rubbing tanning lotion onto her thick, naked legs. “Ya know doc, you gotta admire the guy’s confidence. What do we do if he and Daggermaw actually manage to kill them, though?”

“Then we give the people of Delta City the heroes they truly deserve,” Orla told him. She then rolled over so Lagoon was sitting on her waist instead of her back. She took the fish-man’s hands and put them on her massive, pale tits. “Don’t be shy, Lagoon. I said every inch.”
