The Sisters Three (Halloween Havoc no. 5)

by Sigma

I

"Ma'am, you can't eat in here."

Barbara Cummings, the master thief known as Esha, looked at the security guard while biting the head off of the chocolate in the shape of a man that she held. She then ate the rest in one bite and smirked when the guard shook his head and walked away.

The cavernous lobby of the First National Bank of Delta City was abuzz with a normal level of activity for a weekday afternoon, but Barbara stayed in one place for the past hour and kept her eyes on the same people. They were on the other side of a door that said "Avery Tilson - Branch Manager."

Not 10 seconds later, that door opened and Mr. Tilson held it as three women walked past him. Each of the women looked to be in their mid to late 30s, and each of them was dressed in chic, expensive clothing that drew more than a few eyes throughout the lobby. Barbara briefly met eyes with one of them, a stately women with curly, dark brown hair, as she walked past and the women exited the bank.

A moment later, a young blonde woman in dark, conservative business dress sat down next to Barbara on the bench and glanced over her shoulder to make sure no one could overhear them.

"We should change the plan," the woman said.

"They were the Dupree sisters?" Barbara asked.

"Yeah. They were here settling their mother's estate. Glinda Dupree. She died three days ago. Funeral's the day after Halloween. Her valuables aren't stored here, so breaking in is a waste of time."

"Where then?" Esha asked.

"They have a vault under their manor. We can hit it tomorrow while they're having people over for the viewing. Mr. Tilson and I were invited because he was her banker, too."

"A heist on Halloween?" Barbara asked. "Better bring your lucky rabbit's foot, Lily."

Lily smirked. "I'll text you the address and the details."

"Lily!" Mr. Tilson called from his office doorway.

"Coming, sir!" she called out to her boss. She started to walk away, then jumped and suppressed a yelp when Barbara pinched her butt. Barbara waved when the girl looked back at her before going to her boss's office.

II

Esha took her sunglasses off upon walking into the massive manor that sat near the outskirts of the city. From what she was able to find online, the house had been standing since the early 1800s and belonged to the Dupree family for the entire time. It had 15 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. As hard as she searched, Esha could not find out how the family made its money, but they had plenty of friends.

Esha walked among the crowd and saw a who's who of Delta City's powerful. Brenda Wade and Axanna Morgan were there, so were the mayor and police chief, as well as several powerful business leaders. Esha had slept with many of them, robbed pretty much all of them, and she beamed at the fact that she'd get to pickpocket some of them before the night was over.

"There you are," Lily said, sliding up to her. She looked around the room. "I hate funerals..."

"Where's the vault?"

"Under the basement. The door is down that hall over there," Lily motioned. "The family manservant, Jones, has a master key," Lily then motioned to the man, a tall, gaunt figure with pale skin.

"Ugh, he's older than this house," Esha said. "Don't worry. I'm on it."

"Meet you there," Lily said as they split up.

Getting close to Jones was easy. Esha tailed the man through the crowd, using the density and distraction to slide close to him. With a delicate touch, she slipped a hand into his jacket pocket and lifted a key. It went into the purse that matched her simple black dress. When she turned away, she was met by a familiar face, the woman with the dark, curly hair that she saw at the bank.

"Hello," the woman smiled. Esha noted her icy blue eyes. "Astrid Dupree, how do you do?"

She extended her hand and Esha shook it without hesitation. "Good evening, Ms. Dupree. Barbara Cummings. I'm so sorry for your loss."

Astrid nodded. "Thank you, Ms. Cummings. And thank you for joining us. Did you know my mother?"

"Oh, no, I'm Lily's girlfriend," she said. "I believe we passed each other at the bank the other day?"

"Ah, yes, Mr. Tilson's assistant. He's just been so helpful in these hard times," Astrid said. "He's over there talking to my sisters, Leona and Emma. I can introduce you."

"I'd love that," Esha said to her. "It's just..." she looked around, seemingly embarrassed, and then whispered. "I need to use the ladies' room first."

"Say no more, my dear. Other side of the room, down that hall, second door on the right," she directed her.

"Thank you," Esha nodded. "I'll be right back."

They parted ways and Esha went the way she was pointed which, fortunately for her, was in the same direction as the door to the basement. As she walked away, she stole a glance in the direction of Mr. Tilson and the other two Dupree sisters. Esha noticed all three sisters eyeing her as she left the room and went into the hall.

***

"Where were you?" Lily asked, walking up to Esha when she reached the door to the basement.

"I had a look around the house, first," Esha grinned, opening her purse to show several pilfered jewels and other assorted trinkets. She then presented the key to Lily, who used it to open the door.

"By the way," Esha said. "If your boss asks if you're gay, the answer is yes."

"Why would I say no?" Lily asked, confused, as they both slipped through the door. "You were at my place the other night..."

"I'm just saying." Esha told her as she slipped her heels off and slung her purse across her chest after taking out a two small flashlights and handing one to Lily. The pair of them made their way down a set of stone stairs and into what looked like a storage room packed with wooden crates. Esha tried some of them, but they were all nailed shut and she didn't have time to break into them.

For several rooms, it was the same scene, storage room after storage room filled with stacked crates. Eventually, the rooms of crates gave way to a library, filled with books and layers of dust.

"Huh, these must be the books they don't want," Lily said. "Leona Dupree showed me the upstairs library and it's bigger than this," she said.

"I'm not interested in books," Esha said.

As they moved through the library, Esha and Lily found glass display cases that held a number of different items. Rusty weapons, torn, ancient pages, preserved insects, fossils, and other strange wonders. "Ugh...I bet Sara could tell me what this stuff is," Esha commented.

"Who?" Lily asked, flashing her light on another case.

"Sara Kraft. This treasure hunter I know."

"A friend?"

"Not really. We fight more than anything. Last time I saw her, she beat me to the punch on some artifacts that were on loan from Mongolia and being flown back."

"So she got them?"

"Oh no, I got the drop on her. Cleaned out the crate the stuff was in and put her in it after knocking her out. Turns out she weighed about the same as all those artifacts combined, so there was no weight difference to tip anyone off until the plane landed. I got a pissed off phone call from a Mongolian prison a week later," Esha laughed.  "Dumb bitch had to suck a lot of dick to get out of there."

"You're sick..." Lily scoffed.

"Hey, you wanted to team up, and I saved your ass after you tripped the alarm at your boss's house when you waltzed in to steal his expensive watches."

"He should pay better..." Lily muttered as they continued on.

"I don't think he can. Those watches were all fakes."

"What?! Seriously?!"

***

The two of them stumbled into another room, this one filled with rows upon rows of oil paintings. They flashed their lights on them as they walked among them.

"These are eerie. I feel like the eyes are following me," Lily said.

"I wonder who they are..." Esha said.

They reached one painting, that of an older woman with graying hair tied in a bun. "Oh," Lily said. "That's Glinda Dupree."

"The deceased?" Esha asked and Lily nodded. "Huh. Must be the funeral portrait. These must all be Duprees," she concluded. She turned around to Lily so her back was to the painting. "Well, these might be worth something, but there's no way we'll be able to sneak them out with all those people upstairs."

Lily was occupied with another picture of a male member of the family. "Yeah, I guess we should keep going." She then turned around, went white, and screamed. "ESHA!!"

Before the thief could react, thin arms wrapped around her shoulders and Esha felt warm breath on her neck. "Oh, my, but do you look delicious," a woman whispered before licking the side of Esha's face while another hand slipped down her chest and cupped a tit. Esha screamed and jumped back, pale as a ghost. Glinda Dupree looked at the thief and licked her lips.

"Oh yes. You will do nicely," she said before going back into the painting.

"Wh...what....what the FUCK?!" Esha screamed.

Lily stood paralyzed with fear at what she just saw. Esha put a hand on the girl's shoulder and shook her when she noticed a hulking shape in the doorway that led into the room. The shadow let out a low growl and Esha shined her light to see a massive figure with a hunched back. Leathery skin hung from misshapen bones and one glowing eye fixated on the women while the other eye socket was alive with a mess of maggots crawling in it.

"Lily! LILY!" Esha screamed at her. When the girl didn't move, Esha slapped her as hard as she could. Lily turned, and the deafening pitch of her scream filled the room before the two women ran out the other side and the undead hulk chased after them.

***

Esha and Lilly crouched behind old furniture caked in dust and cobwebs as thundering footsteps shook the ground under them. They heard the creature let out a low growl as it entered the room. Its movements were slow and deliberate. It looked among the old furniture for its prey.

Lily trembled with her hands covering her mouth and Esha sat with her head up, listening for the thing's position. She had one hand in her purse and her lean body was tight with tension.

The thundering continued for several long, agonizing seconds and then suddenly stopped. Esha and Lily paused and looked at each other. After sitting in silence, the two women let out deep breaths, thinking the danger passed.

Then the piece of furniture behind them shifted.

The hulk leaned over the top and looked down and the women looked up at it, screamed, and ran in opposite directions. The hulk spun and took off after Lily.

"No! No, no, no!!" the girl screamed, looking back as she ran. Her shoulder clipped a damaged wardrobe and she spun and hit the floor. Before she could get up, the beast was on top of her, straddling her waist. It pinned her wrist down and leaned over her, a gravelly laugh coming from its decayed throat. Lily thrashed and kicked as a cold, leathery hand pulled at her dress, ripping the fabric and exposing a white lace bra. Lily turned her head to the side and closed her eyes as the hand began pulling at her bra. The monster's body then trembled, it grunted, and then it fell over with a thud.

Lily looked up and saw Esha standing over it with a stun gun in her hand and a smirk on her face. She then looked at the monster and scrambled to her feet.

"What the hell is that thing?!"

"A monster, obviously. Come on," Esha said, waving her on. "The vault can't be far."

"I want to leave," Lily said.

"What?"

"Let's just go back. I don't want to do this anymore."

"The vault's gotta be just ahead. Come on."

Lily hesitated and Esha sighed. "Lily...look," the thief said, walking up to the girl. ”We already came this far, we don't have much more to go."

"I know, but...who the hell knows what else is down here? I don't want to be eaten or fucked to death or whatever. First the paintings and now this? How are you not freaking out? "

Esha shrugged and put her arms around Lily's waist and pulled her close. "What did we talk about in bed at your place when we were planning this out? What did you say you were gonna do once you were rich?"

"Get a place without a roommate who steals my food..."

"Uh huh...and...?" Esha prodded.

"Go to Japan and get fat off of sushi..."

"And you can't do that if you wimp out now, can you?"

"No."

"That's right," Esha said, smiling. She squeezed Lily's ass and made her blush. "Now come on. Let's go before that asshole wakes up."

Lily stole another glance at the undead hulk and followed Esha out of the room.

***

The next space was empty, but there was a doorway in the distance. Esha paused and looked. "That has to be the vault," she said before running off. Lily followed behind her, trying to keep up.

Esha covered the distance quickly and the door drew closer, but she stopped when she heard a yell and turned to see Lily standing in place with one arm up and a foot off the ground. "What are you doing?" Esha asked, walking toward the girl. "Stop fucking around. Let's go."

"I can't move," Lily grunted. She pulled her arm and leg but they wouldn't budge. "Help!"

Esha walked toward her and then paused when her flashlight caught a glint of something above Lily's head. Esha then moved her light up and stepped back. "Oh shit..."

"What?" Lily asked, looking up when Esha pointed. Lily screamed in bloodcurdling terror when she noticed a spider the size of a van above her, moving down its web. A web she was caught in. She began pulling frantically, trying to get free. "Esha! HELP ME!"

Esha moved toward her and then stepped back and looked at the doorway. She began moving toward the door.

"Esha!" Lily screamed.

"I couldn't let you go back in case you got caught and forced to talk. But with this...I get the vault to myself and you won't squeal to anyone.. Sorry, babe."

"No! Esha, come back!"

"I'll clean out your fridge and eat some sushi for you!" Esha laughed, blowing the girl a kiss before turning to run off.

"ESHA!" Lily screamed with tears in her eyes. "DON'T LEAVE ME! PLEASE!"

Esha continued on without looking back.

"YOU CUNT! I FUCKING HATE YOU!!"

"Those were the last words Lily managed before she felt a small bite on the back of her neck and she lost all feeling in her body. Everything then went dark as the spider began wrapping her in webbing.

***

The vault was old and getting in was a simple matter. The space on the other side of the heavy door was massive, easily the size of the lobby of the bank if not a little bigger. The walls were lined with shelves of lockboxes and Esha smiled at the sight, taking it all in until she caught sight of a giant statue against the far wall. The figure was a grotesque demon with a swollen belly and horns on the head of a pig.

"Gross..." Esha said to herself.

"You shouldn't blaspheme against our lord," a woman said.

Esha turned around to see the Dupree sisters standing behind her. The vault door was closed and Astrid Dupree approached her with a smile on her face. "There's no bathroom down here, dear."

"Shit..." Esha muttered, stepped back from the woman.

"That statue is our lord, Tukai,  the Starved. Every practitioner of the black arts needs a patron demon. Tukai has guided our family to prosperity for over 200 years. All he requires is a feast on Halloween."

"Can we get on with it now, Astrid?" Emma, the middle sister, asked. She was short, with reddish orange hair and a plump figure.

"Hey, Astrid," Leona, the youngest sister, spoke. She was the tallest of the three, with dirty blonde hair and a curvy figure. "Weren't there two of them?"

"There were, baby sister," Astrid said. "It seems Henrietta got the other one. At least we won't have to feed her or her babies for a while now. She was Mr. Tilson's assistant. Shame, she seemed like a lovely girl. Not like this thieving hussy. Did you leave that poor girl to die?"

Esha didn't give an answer.

"And during our dear mother's viewing, too. You should be ashamed, young lady," Astrid scolded. The eldest of the Dupree sisters then looked up. "She's all yours, Rattlebones."

It was then that Esha felt a shadow looming over her, and it wasn't the statue of the demon lord. She turned around and saw the undead hulk that she had knocked unconscious earlier. Its face twisted in a perverse grin and it grabbed Esha by her throat and slammed her to the floor of the chamber. Esha gasped as her vision swam.

"You took Mr. Jones' key from him," Astrid said. "He gets angry when things like that happen, and becomes this. The children of the family named him Rattlebones. He was here when our ancestors built the house. A bit of a history lesson for you: His name was Elias Jones and he was a notorious highwayman in the area. One day, he provoked the wrong tribe of indigenous peoples and met quite the violent end. He was left on the site where our ancestors built this manor. They dragged his cursed soul from Hell and bound it to this patchwork corpse they put together and he was made to serve us. He's loyal and loyalty is important, my dear. It is to rewarded." Astrid then looked at Rattlebones and nodded before stepping back.

Rattlebones chuckled and dragged Esha several feet away, tearing off the thief's dress, exposing he curvy, athletic body. Before she could do anything, he grabbed her wrists and pinned her down, forcing her to spread his legs while a saliva coated tongue snaked out from between his rotting teeth. Esha whimpered as the disgusting creature licked her up and down, and she could feel a stiff cock between his legs. One withered hand cupped a tit while the other snaked underneath Esha and squeezed her ass. She moaned and squealed, unable to do anything as Rattlebones had his way with her. His saliva dripped and coated her body, and he put his thumb in her mouth while guiding his stiff cock up her naked thigh.

Esha let out a muffled groan as Rattlebones inserted himself and put his hand on her hip for leverage while her began thrusting in and out of her. His cocked swelled, stretching her out, and it plunged deep as Rattlebones grunted with every push. He went back to grabbing Esha's wrists and held them over her head, applying his weight as he kept pushing. Her swollen tits jumped with his movements and her legs thrashed under him. She felt her will slipping, her sense of dignity melting away as the ghoul continued pounding her. She could hear the sisters, standing in the distance, muttering and giggling among themselves, and she knew there was nothing she could do to get out of this. She then felt Rattlebones body stiffen and shudder before he pulled out of her.

When Esha opened her eyes, Rattlebones ejected a hot stream of his cum, completely coating her face and her naked tits before he fell back on his ass, his exposed ribs expanding and contracting with labored breath. The ghoul then chuckled and began playing with his own cock while he watched Esha, who lay on her back, caked in his semen.

Moments later, the three sisters loomed over the defeated thief.

"Looks like Rattlebones already glazed her for us," Emma chuckled.

"That he did, little sister," Astrid said.

"What do we do with her now?" Leona asked.

"I will get her cleaned up and prepped, baby sister," Astrid told her. "You girls head back up to our guests. They're probably wondering where we are."

"What do we tell Mr. Tilson about his assistant?" Emma asked.

"Hmm," Astrid thought about it. She then looked down at Esha and smirked. "Say you saw her leaving with her girlfriend. Tell him they were laughing and it was all very shameful."

The younger sisters nodded and left. When they were gone, Astrid looked down at Esha and put her hands on her hips. "So shameful. Bring her along, Rattlebones," the head witch ordered before turning and walking away.

Esha groaned as Rattlebones grabbed her ankle and dragged her along behind him.

III

Esha, naked, hogtied and gagged, stared in disbelief at the scene around her. She was in the center of a long dinner table, and every seat was filled with a familiar face. She recognized them all from the gallery of oil paintings. Generations of the Dupree family, going back at least 200 years, laughed, conversed, argued, and drank wine and ate around her. Right in front of Esha was the recently deceased Glinda Dupree. She raised her wine glass to the captured thief and took a drink.

"I'm not alive, before you ask. Not as you understand it, anyway. Even us witches are still vulnerable to disease," Glinda told the thief. At the same time, Leona came up behind her mother and hugged her, giving her a kiss on the cheek and Glinda patted her youngest on the hand. "This is a bridge between the world of the living and world of the dead. Anyone with the right knowledge can access it from either side. Those paintings you saw were the doorways. Anyway, I'm glad you could join us for our annual family feast," she laughed.

Esha looked up behind Glinda and saw another statue of Tukai the Starved presiding over the feast. She muffled something into her gag.

"Darling, take that thing out of her mouth," Glinda told Leona, who complied.

"What the hell is this?" Esha asked after spitting the gag out.

"It's our annual dinner party," Glinda told her. "To give praise to Lord Tukai for blessing our family and to reiterate our undying servitude to him."

"Well, I didn't know any of this was going on. I learned my lesson," she said, just as Emma and Astrid joined their mother and sister. "Please, just let me go. I'm sorry about everything," Esha told them.

"You can't leave yet. We haven't served the main course,"  Emma grinned.

"What...?" Esha blinked. "What main course?"

The mother and three sisters looked at each other and smiled, and then turned back to Esha. Her blood ran cold as she looked around the table. Every set of Dupree eyes was on her, and she noticed some of them picking up forks and knives.

"No...no..." Esha gasped, her heart pounding as panic rose in her chest. When she turned around, Astrid had a razor sharp meat cleaver in her hand and began rounding the table to get closer to her. Her sleeves were rolled up and Esha realized she was wearing a stained apron.

"Our annual feasts require a sacrifice to our Lord for his continued blessings," Astrid explained. "You will be serving a higher purpose for the first time in your life, shameful thief."

"Praise be to Lord Tukai," Glinda smiled, raising her glass.

"May his belly never fill," many of the other Duprees followed up.

Esha began hyperventilating as Astrid closed in. The eldest Dupree sister then held her head down on the table and moved her hair from the back of her neck.

"If you see Lily when you get to Hell, tell her Mr. Tilson fired her," Astrid laughed.

"NOOOOOOO!!!!!" Esha screamed as the cleaver came down.

The End
